Its quite obvious why the rules are there, a badly done report on the tobacco industry is bad journalism, but a badly done report on terrorism with a racist slant could incite racial hatred and unrest. sure journalists should do their job properly whatever the story, but I think its a good idea to have more advice and guidelines in very sensitive areas where bad reporting could really offend people and in this case worsen racial relations.

Yeah, Savage has a doctorate in the sciences, but his dubious publications (take lots of Vitamin C to kick your heroin addiction) failed to earn him the professorship he thought he was entitled too. The truth is that Savage was not good enough.
