  • Or they just don't know how to answer their phone most people do answer when their phone rings unless they are scared to or are hiding something

  • Thank you Rachel,I was nervous when some waitress ask me about what i would to order,and i have to speak in general;cause none of my family knows english"they're cubans".Also I was having trouble when someone from school call my mom and I have to spoke with them at the phone,and also traduce everything in spanish for my mom.But thanks to you-I have learn a lot,but also I have learn in school.I have been living in the united States for about 5 years and I've learn a bunch of things.

  • Hello Rachel, I just want to let you know that you are doing an awesome job not only teaching how people should answer or speak on the phone but also teaching how to pronounce the words in a proper American accent. Loved the way you break down the words and go bit by bit.. ;-p

    I've been living in the UK for about 1 year and since English is a second language to me , I know exactly what you mean about feeling kind of awkward whenever making or receiving a phone call..
