i think capoeria is a graceful art. i am not new to martial arts and not a pro at it either but know the basics. in my opinion that is respect dicipline and culture. one day i would like to learn this art when i find some time inbetween haha
capoeira doesnt HAVE to be about acrobatics and brake dance moves. At an older age you will still be able to do the kicks and some simple takedowns. The martial art part is mostly that, watch mestre bimbas movie, in some scenes 2 old guys are doing capoeira... just like young guys but with no epic tricking.
this is such an awesome martial art... my only issue with it is that there must be a point (in age) when an older body burns out and cannot do the moves any longer. i have yet to see an older person doing Capoeria.

capoeira, its easy to start with the basic kicks and blocks. master them and the rest will be a snap.... but it still depends on the person:P
