You can, as long as it hasn't already participated in any battles. If it has battled, then it'll have random EVs, and your have to get rid of them with berries if you want to fully train it up.

prks is not cheating, its part of the game

PKRS isn't cheating. It's a random variable in the game (rarer than encountering a shiny) but you can get it legitimately. Using it isn't cheating either, it's like it holding a macho brace, but without the speed drop.

I have a question. How do you get it up so such a high level without fucking up the Ev's? I breed my pokemon to get a good nature for it's role in my party. So it starts a lvl 1. What I wanna know is how you get it up so high.

It doesn't matter if you get it to a high level, it won't fuck up its EVs. I usually EV train at level 40, but thats just me.

if u have ar, use the rare candy cheat to get ur lvls up. you don't gain any evs doing so. That way, you can get ur lvl's high without messin up ur ev's. Then, ev train.

yes but see, lets say at level 1 i give it 10 protiens for attack. When it levels up it doesn't give me +25 attack. Will the amount + up in a stat go at once or will it be gradual?

well of course at lvl 1 its not gonna get 25+ automatically. see my salamence was at 95 and it had to kill alot of gyaradoses before it got 48+ usually it just depneds on how many of the certain pokemon holding the evs.

You pretty much have to get a new electabuzz, then ev train it AFTER lv 50, that's what i do, and it usually works.

lv iz irrelavent when i comes to evin u got a low amount cuz ur pkmn hit maxed out for itz nature/iv/lv i ev train pkmn at low level and my pokemon have maxed out stats for their ivs/natures u'll jus get your growth in smaller amounts big gains don't really matter ur poke r still eved
