Yeah. I believe he reffed Anaheim @ Calgary in late December. Also, earlier in October, he waved off a Flames goal against Colorado because of a quick whistle when the puck wasnt froze and cost the Flames the win XD

The glove pass was a bad call, but the two against the Blues weren't bad...wrong calls, but not bad calls. On the first one, the announcers didn't see it until they watched the reply several times from different angles, so it's not hard to believe the ref missed it at full speed. The quick whistle is just something that happens. Lose sight, blow the whistle, that's the rule.

it's funny that he never screwed the isles as bad as every single other ref. look at the "no-goal" in the chris simon game-nearly cost the playoffs, look at Game 3, look at Game 4, look at the 2001-2002 playoffs, the Leafs got away with so much shit it was amazing we got it to 7 games.

The oilers one was bullshit. The first blues one was a little bit more understandable, seeing as how the announcers didn't even see it after multiple replays, but what's bullshit about that one is how they didn't review it until a few minutes later. The second blues one was semi-understandable.....but still bullshit.

The Oilers was by far the worst of the three, the second one on the blues was a tough one, but they definitly got fucked on the first...I would deffend him on the second blues one since I reffed and know those ones are tough, but he does it so often theres no excusing him

i don't see how people can say that the oilers call was awful but the 2 blues calls weren't that bad. they decided the game. he obviously wasn't in position to make either call, & the fact that they stopped play minutes after the 1st one only to realize they couldn't do anything about it anyway made it an even bigger mistake. on the 2nd one, the puck was clearly drifting towards/over the line as he blew the whistle. those 2 goals are the difference in the game. horrible calls, horrible ref.

Yeah. I believe he reffed Anaheim @ Calgary in late December. Also, earlier in October, he waved off a Flames goal against Colorado because of a quick whistle when the puck wasnt froze and cost the Flames the win XD

That is not a bad call.....the puck was covered and hence the whistle went.Plus if the official loses sight of the puck it can be blowen down.Right call.You know why its the rigth call?? Cause he is still in the NHL.How many of you are??

They don't fire refs for messing up calls. If that were true, Mcgoo and Fraiser would not have jobs. I'm not saying I'm beter than him at calling a game in real time, but when you can see it in slow motion from multiple angles it's pretty damn easy to see that he fucked up.

The reason they were upset about the first blues mistake was that they stoped play when the blues had good pressure in the ottawa zone, and that killed their scoring chance.

The glove pass was a bad call, but the two against the Blues weren't bad...wrong calls, but not bad calls. On the first one, the announcers didn't see it until they watched the reply several times from different angles, so it's not hard to believe the ref missed it at full speed. The quick whistle is just something that happens. Lose sight, blow the whistle, that's the rule.
