@usmchutch Okay, lets say you do get the border secure some how. You're saying that you are going to cut families in half? do you know what that would do to the kids? It's a fact that you are more likely to become a criminal if you don't have both parents in your home. How would you arrest these immigrants? imagine the state you would live in, raids left and right, homes of hard working families with no criminal ties besides the fact that they're illegal. @usmchutch I never asked whos responsibility it was to pay for their kids, I asked how do you plan to pay for deportations? do you think they can pay for their own deportation with out being able to have a job? @lab4x16 But no, it's the parents responsibility, lets see how their parents will be able to pay for their childrens home in the U.S. with a Mexican wage of $300 a month. A generation of young monorities growing up with out parents. Look at all statistics, it's a fact that most criminals come from poverty stricken homes with the presence of only one parent, if any. You don't understand that by deporting all these parents the children will suffer inturn making them vulnerable to commiting crime.

@lab4x16 It will end up costing the U.S. tax payer, as much as their parents try to help their kids there is no possible way they will be succesfull at it(remember they left to find work). The tax payer will end up paying because the parents arent there to do so, why? because they get paid shit in their country. So how do you think the tax payer will pay less? if the parent is here, right? you save all the $ from the deportation, they pay taxes, kids grow up with parents, you don't pay for it.

If they can count them that means they found them. And if they can find them they can deport them. Amnesty IS NOT the answer. First of all it's more like 40 million plus illegals to begin with. Then factor in if given amnesty it will allow their families in so factor in double that number.

@lab4x16 Like the rest of us citizens I have nothing to do with foreign policy though we have plenty to do with paying taxes or they'll take our house we already paid for. We pay $2000 a year just to keep what we already paid for and it pisses me off knowing our money goes to pay for heath services, education and everything else for illegals. We're being forced to pay their way through theft extortion and black male when the invaders don't even belong in our country.

@WatchmenNo1 And you don't think illegals pay taxes? they do! they just don't get the benifits when they lose that job! my uncle has been here since he was 5(fleeing a war that the U.S. started - the interest was in the corp. not the people) and pays every penny in taxes he owes, but when he became unemployed(was easier to lay-off) he received no benefits, no welfare, no unemployment, nothing. And how much do you think we spend on health services, education and everything for people in Iraq?

So lets talk welfare, latinos only account for about 15% of welfare in this country! compared to 40%-50% in whites! sure there is a great cost in border protection, but that's a given, every country has great cost when it comes to that. I understand there is a problem on our borders, and I understand it is illegal to be here with out papers, but waiting 25 years isn't a good option apposed to just being here.
