City interactive is the publisher. This game was made by Invictus, who also made, Redline: Legal Street Racing, 1nsane, CRC 2005 and most recently Project Torque (Level R in Japan) This game uses the same engine as CRC and Project torque and if the handling is anything like PT or CRC then this is certainly not an arcadey game, the handling is realistic :3

Yeah you certainly should as I said in the review it's not a NFS or PGR, It's a fun arcade style addictive game certainly worth the Fiver.
