To me there really is not anything even quite better really and I know if they shall stop making music that is sad however but,totally irrelentvent really because how can we exspect so much when they have already given so much already! I do believe Robert will alway's make music however that is just what he does and who he is as a person really and even if it's not for my ears. Glad the cure is getting recognition by peers and the like. Awesome set played following their award. I grew up with The Cure. Never did change my looks except in the morning facing the mirror. However the music and lyrics have a saturated effect and till this day are great to listen to.

Robert and the band really deserved this. I can understand why Robert felt awkward. But he did a spot on speech and the whole band performed very well.

Anyone involved with NME could appreciate amazingly, beautiful music. So that is why The Cure won. The results were none biased because of the mainstream.. for once.
