    To see results, meaning lean, toned, well defined muscles :-)

    depends on how consistent you are. Once a week will give you less results than 3 times a week or 5 times a week. Personally, when I want to achieve a goal, I take 1 day off a week. Hope I've answered your question. Please let me know if I can help further. Best wishes!

    I actually feel that I've SUCCEEDED

    if you didn't need to learn the "prep" part, why not go straight to the exercise?

    write back again after you keep doing them correctly every day ... tell me then if I've failed or succeeded :-)
