i got a question guys. so the begining of this school year, i was at 149 5'8.5'' but then now i dropped to 125 and hopefully im taller....but the thing is i feel so sluggish and weak all the time. sure my belly is smaller now, but when i was 149 i sorta felt healthier. i think working out in the gym and playing water polo had to do with this weight loss but dam i dont feel better at all.

I take protein supplements because I can't afford to gain all the protein I need from regular food. I eat 2x my body weight in terms of protein.
Also my protein supplement is far far more cheapar compared to eating a whole steak. And that's the bottomline, if you can get all your protein from your food then protein supps are useless.

Beep wrong, tap water has a lot of Chlorine specially if you are living in a big city. we tested some of the water you get from water fountains in schools and found out that it has more chlorine than the EPS limit.

Whether you do powerlifting, kettlebells, crossfit, or bodybuilding style workouts isnt that important, intensity and nutrition are the key.

what about my fruit smoothies? 1 banana, cup of frozen mixed fruit, soy milk and some water. is that okay for breakfast? after that i wait an hour, work out and then have a light snack and an hour or 2 later have lunch.

Beep wrong, tap water has a lot of Chlorine specially if you are living in a big city. we tested some of the water you get from water fountains in schools and found out that it has more chlorine than the EPS limit.

scooby1961 you really are an inspirational guy, you have taught the world that a body like yours can be achieved even at the age of nearly 50.
I told my dad about you and he would be the typical turkish 1 Pack person that wouldnt really care about his diet. He said didnt seem to belive that a body with such standard would be achievable, well let me tell you that he changed his mind after i showed you to him.

@extremejay97 i guess u mean they aren't big?...in that case try hangings leg raises, crunches with weight, planks. if you want your abs to be big, treat it like any other muscle...do heavy weight. 4x8-12 reps with PERFECT form.
