  • @AdmiralAwesome911 Well, the bones in your shoulder wont get wider, but your deltoids will get bigger and wider, it would look the same as if you had wide shoulder bones.

  • i got a question guys. so the begining of this school year, i was at 149 5'8.5'' but then now i dropped to 125 and hopefully im taller....but the thing is i feel so sluggish and weak all the time. sure my belly is smaller now, but when i was 149 i sorta felt healthier. i think working out in the gym and playing water polo had to do with this weight loss but dam i dont feel better at all.

  • @vmntmn here's the question...are you hydrating properly? not hydrating properly can lead to all the symptoms that you are describing...here use this link and read this page from top to bottom...it will surprise you how important water is and how much you should intake every day

    1) does definition come when i reduce my body fat% to less than 12 or

  • @chinh101 i know what you go through my friend. im 5'6" . definition begins to be visible when your body fat lowers. if you want to be lean & have definition, my advice to you is to a variation of work outs for every body part. do split exercises with moderate weight, not too heavy. make sure to eat lean meats, raw veggies, oats, grains, brown rice, lentils.

    Avoid junk/sodas. Do Variation Workouts for Each Body Part, PLUS Cardio. a Strict Diet, Consistent Workout Exercise & Cardio is the Key.

    fat insulates, so when your body feels cold it will want to hang on to the fat. if you live in a cold climate and go running, wear enough clothes to keep you from getting cold, it's better if it's a little too hot; you'll just sweat more!

  • @pattonftw He meas that when your body is cold you burn fat to keep warm. However, this is extremely uncomfortable as its no fun to be cold.

  • With the diet soda comment - if I follow a strict diet, I'm wondering if the diet soda really affects me in a way that is significant. While I may not run off to the store to get chocolate, did those studies indicate whether my insulin levels are spiked from the diet soda? if so I could be motivated to eat after the insulin crash.

    Every morning after my work out i have a fruit smoothie with a cup of mixed blueberrys rasberrys abd black berrys, a few starberrys , half a banana some milk, juice, yogert, and protein powder, just wondering if me blending up all the fruit is still considered eating it whole or would it be drinking them?

  • Scooby i have a question. I like to drink buttermilk. I think thats ok so far... but now i saw something in the supermarket and tried it... fruit buttermilk. The problem is, it has 7gr of sugar per 100ml. I dont know which kind of sugar it is. One cup contains 500ml butter milk so that would be 35 gr of sugar if I drink the whole thing. What do you think about butter milk or in my case specially fruit buttermilk? Dankeschön.

  • I take protein supplements because I can't afford to gain all the protein I need from regular food. I eat 2x my body weight in terms of protein.

    Also my protein supplement is far far more cheapar compared to eating a whole steak. And that's the bottomline, if you can get all your protein from your food then protein supps are useless.

Whether you do powerlifting, kettlebells, crossfit, or bodybuilding style workouts isnt that important, intensity and nutrition are the key.

    Beep wrong, tap water has a lot of Chlorine specially if you are living in a big city. we tested some of the water you get from water fountains in schools and found out that it has more chlorine than the EPS limit.

  • @extremejay97 i guess u mean they aren't big?...in that case try hangings leg raises, crunches with weight, planks. if you want your abs to be big, treat it like any other muscle...do heavy weight. 4x8-12 reps with PERFECT form.
