But, it could also be the type of internet you use, you could try Google Chrome, which works best for it. Also, sign out of your account and try pressing the CC button, that might be a factor too. If these don't work then I'm not sure, I've not encountered this problem yet.

Also, I think after part 7 or 8, the movie is no longer available because ther were taken down.
