When the US government tells the Army how to fight the war it is next to impossible for the US Army to win. For example in the Gulf War of 1991 the US government let the US Army fight the war they way they wanted to and even being out numbered the US Army faught the most one sided war in the history of the Earth.

In the Korean War the US did fight China (basicly one on one) and the USA lost about 33,300 men and China lost up to 1.5 million men in the war. Given those stats I cannot see how the USA could lose. Without nukes Russia does not stand a chance against the USA. The USA can muster an army of over 70 million and Russia can only muster an army of 20 million.

Also the USA does not have a standing army of 1.2 million. The standing army is much smaller than that.
You are a total FOOL if you do not think that Chinese faught and died in Korea. A ten yearold could look up the history of the Korean War and know that the Chinese faught and died in Korea.

@kraigthorne 1. the people available for selective service is 15 million (approx) as opposed to ur idea of 70million. 2.though there are 15 million people its highly doubtful that all will put their life on the line for the country..basically americans are tired of war and unlikely to sacrifice their lives. 3. lets say even if 5 million do come when called..it must be noted majority will fit the "Conscientious objector" status n will be available for noncombatant military service only.
