Great but what if you set the peep at the correct height, and it isn't pointing at your eye at full draw?

you dont mention about getting the peep tuned for a person and how to tie the other peep thing that keeps the peep aligned wen drawn back

Either have a buddy market for you at full draw with a sharpie or take some serving and use it as marker that you move up/down till you found the right spot for your peep sign to be tied in. Now measure from the up axel down to that point and take the serving string off and mound your peep.
