I was playing fetch with my dog. Had a baseball. The dog tried to grab the ball and got my hand instead. Just for a couple of seconds, but it was like having a car door slammed on your hand. And this was an untrained, mild-mannered dog. Sure, you can fight off a dog if you can keep it from grabbing hold of you, or if you have a rock or gun, but if they grab you, you're done. Look at that guy. Weighs 300 pounds easy. Outweighs the dog by 200+ and the dog, while it takes some abuse, beats him easy
