lol i got a ticket for driving a vehicle pulling sleds just like that this past winter. the guys bailed and the cops couldn't find them, but i still got the ticket!

hahah i did that a couple weeks ago but instead of a tube we used an old sattelite dish..... a couple painful wipe outs... it was awesome!! lol
