@rudnymullenlover hmm, i'm not much of a gamer myself although I play this game and counter strike source (it runs fine on mac) but you might want to search up for about the two games from the "system requirement check" sites or from other youtubers that post videos on a mac running those games. however, i;m sure those games will run fine on the newest iMac 27 inches or Macbook Pro 15 inches (since they hav better specs than the 13 inches)

@xIVeNgAnCeIx ya, but very lazily since you have a dual core system and only 2gb of ram. although you have low setting...gotta upgrade those ram bro. On a side note, Macs aren't really built to play these really fun games so I recommend either spending more money on an iMac 27" or (If you are ricH) on a MAc Pro

@xIVeNgAnCeIx I think what matters most is the Video Ram. Check it by going to  > About this Mac and then graphics card. I think for a 3.5 ghz computer, the video ram should be at least 1 gb which will run gta iv with standard graphics flawlessly

@Smoodoosthebest Bootcamp is something you can do to split up your mac's hard drive into two pieces, or "partitions". One piece runs Mac, the other runs Windows. That way you can play PC games on your Mac. Next time, don't make an uneducated comment. That way you won't come off as an ass.

@Xprmntlz well, for windows 7 ultimate, did you install 64 bit or 32 bit? if it is 64, you should run the game in High Priority in the processor if it is 32 bit, you are not taking advantage of your 4gb. I recommend windows 7 64bit versions.

For everyone who says that it would be faster without Windows, It would make no difference!

With these newer "Intel" based MacBooks/iMacs, Windows runs Natively on a separate partition of the Hard Disk, just like Mac OS X runs on its own partition. Windows does NOT run as a Virtual Machine on Intel Based MacBooks/iMacs, so get that idea out of your head.

If you downloaded the disk, then you do not have a serial. which means you cannnot play the game, but after you cracck it you can play, try searching other videos about cracking!
