  • @CarterBabylung JACKASS! BE NICE!

  • shes bangin

  • Elizabeth, I love you!!!

  • Roxanne is right. This is Pincha Mayurasana, which is Peacock Feather pose. Peacock is Mayurasana and is the pose she described.

  • Actually that is peacock pose. When you bend the knees and move the feet in the direction of the head it becomes scorpion :)

  • ya.. is scorpion, not peacock

  • @tsm1289 ACTUALLY IN THE SCORPION POSE THE LEGS ARE BENT FORWARD!

  • oh my god. great core strength and control!

  • @gogoutube shut up she is ok!!

  • @badmaniz no she is great and god like.

  • @gogoutube BABY!

  • @badmaniz DUMBASS!

  • sexy

  • ummm the only thing i see is a great ass :)

  • This is maybe a variation of scorpion, but not peacock

  • Correction, this is not a peacock pose or any variation of the pose. This is a forearm stand that can be deepened into the Scorpion pose. In the peacock pose, the body is prone with the elbows pressed into the abdomen area with palms of hands and fingers pointing towards the feet. The body is balanced on the hands.

  • i fell on my ass what r some tips?

  • build strength and balance before trying this.

  • oh dude im strong im a body builder but i think i weight too much

  • yeah, but yoga requires different strength than maybe what you're used to working out for. your muscles are probably used not used to things like body resistance, if they are i guess just use a wall until you can get this right. :) i hope i've helped!

  • @avenged7fold2425 Yes this is true. Body builders target different muscles (usually for size)... rarely can they do handstands, and other yoga poses that require discipline and stability.

  • @XGNRsX set up at a wall, so the finger tips are right up next to the wall, and bring one leg up at a time so the feet rest on the wall.

  • THANK YOU

  • Man this is really hard at the first time.

  • nice instruction and good form, thanks
