However, It's apparent that it was produced outside of the USA (or in the least the voice actors came from outside the USA).
Sadly, although I absolutely support Ron Paul, and love that he has support in and outside of the USA, I have a feeling that a video in support of an American president, but in a British accent is going to turn off a lot of my countrymen (sadly).

Hey guys. I just wonder, could Ron Paul is working so well in the internet because he won the hearts of a lot of people outside USA? Even more then people in USA? I have no idea..
I am not from US but I sure hope Ron Paul will win cause he really will save a lot of life and change the world. GO Ron Paul!
