  • I just did 2 reps of the entire thing. My feet are burning now after 10 mins of having stopped the exercise. I am a bit over weight, so that probably doesn't help me out haha XD

  • always me..i used to do the calf machine.but 3 years back i felt pain and since then it seems to come back....i would like to do abs but i'm just lazy.for cardio i do the cylette..30 min to 130 min 4 times a week.as i said i know i should push it.in my kitchen i have the dogs food.3 pounds and i use it as wieghts.hey keep up the cool videos.youtube is made by guys like you

  • i am overweight 140kg.i have been excercising for the past 6 years.i go to the gym and freely do the machines .i also do light cardio like the cyclette(inclined). i also like stretching.the instructor gave me a 3 day workout ...but i find that too obligating.for the arms i do the triceps,biceps,the upper back , shoulders, .always on the machines.for the legs i only do the one where you lift up .i always do 40 at most 55 kg x 20 x 3.i know that you are supposed to "scream " and look tortured but.

  • @sixpackshortcuts hey can u suggest a solid diet sans any protein supplements (or small amounts of protein powder) to gain muscle...right now i weigh 171 lbs. with a height of 6'1 ......i ws wondering what all and how much can i eat to supstitue a protien powder and yet have gud results,,also dont heavy squats,leg presses , extensions help in building muscles??? P.S:= ur vids are great man!!! keep up the gud work!!! has helped me a lot!!

  • @Jean11114 He wants you to do the whole exercise 5 times each cycle but each cycle you complete rest 60 seconds.....btw a cycle means the whole workout he just demonstrated. Good luck its tough !

  • I'm intermediate-advanced(4 months by now ) , working out at the gym 4 times a week now , also 1-2 days at home (cardio , stretching etc.) . However , I'm on mass gaining right now , gonna start "fat burning " at the spring ... I know that the results will come for my upper body and I imagine how it will look ... but the legs ... I've got really strong legs , of course I have a day to train them hard in my routine ( squats , leg press , hips extensions , curls , and calf machine) ..

  • @Raymondhaffar1 You are totally wrong. Firstly, doing this exercise will make your legs etc sore the next day or so. Firstly, stretch b4 exercise, if not Definitely after exercise. If u dont know, ITS GOOD to have your legs sore. If it isn't sore then the workout is easy or ur not doing it properly. Ex if u do biceps or benchpress at gym, ur arms/chest get sore. U gain muscle after workout, not inworkout.Drink/strech/Protein­. thats why u do arms the nextday when its sore. legs 1 day then arms/

  • @Xsioooon def bad, If you over exercise, you might get motivated to quit, and your muscles might acutally get weaker because of so much exercise. take kabadabadysh for example, he was doing it for like 2 or 3 days straight, and now he can barely walk. Do not do this everyday!

    The meniscus is swollen and those squats hurt to much to do..

    How can i still work out my legs and keep my hips even with my upper body?!!!!

  • @TheoICM Did your knee get injured because of the squats? Either way, you shouldn't exercise with an injured body part, let alone an injured knee. Knees are crucial for so many movements and exercises. Ice it, and if condition doesn't improve go to a doctor. Only work out once you're ready and able. Keep your back straight and when you squat, stick out your butt. Don't let your knees go too far down and keep your feet planted. That'll help your form.

  • Just did this with no rest, and it was hurting my legs and my calves!!!!!! Should this burn fat as well as making legs stronger?

    After a couple weeks i was doing 900 calf raises, still tired and stlll feeling the burn, but its a good burn haha

  • @josephruggeri Search this video: Six pack shortcuts-9 min extreme home cardio for beach body.This is more of a fat burning exercise but it worked great on my arms! IF this dosen't work, the look up his arm exercises, something promising should pop up. Also, do 20 spiderman pushups (knee or not) to go along with the exercise. the (dot) should be replaced with the actual dot.

  • How do you not have pistol squats here? Pure body weight squats are way too easy if you're not morbidly obese.
