President Carter got the peace prize too. You know Obama was nominated for the Nobel Peace prize twelve days after taking office. Upon acceptance of winning it, Obama was praised by the committee, "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy". . Carter should be commended for encouraging peace and dialogue in the Middle East.He did well during his presidency by bringing Egypt and Israel together.He deserves to be supported.And I think the recent news that Israel and Syria are talking is an indication that Carter is doing well.

If the info on the screen is true, that 54 percent of Israelis want to negotiate with Hamas, then it is possible that the U.S. position is more of the source of the problem than even we had thought.
