Having just watched the sketch, all it shows is Santorum looking extremely uncomfortable and disgruntled to be there. It doesn't even imply that he would choose to be in a gay bar. Maybe I missed a scene or something, but it looked completely innocuous--not even worth responding to, however offended and bigoted he may be. Stupid.
