@3:18-3:50 Well said Dr Mutunga.We complain our leaders all day but It cuts both ways.No councillor would be elected if they didn't let the electors flout building codes.Its a case of i'll look the other way if you do.
Wilie: there wouldn't be a big traffic to courts if courts acted judiciously....courts are 'profit business centers' headed by judges as CEOs....it is only you who can change that and stop passing the buck...straighten out the mess!
