  • looks like your form is perfect for powerlifting,id say you could bench 100kg

  • 22 reps is a sign you need to move up lol, even avid body builders rarely surpass 12 reps on bench, strongmen and power lifters aim for 1-4, 6-8 on warm ups, best of luck

  • i`m 14 and i can do bench press 60kgs 5 times xD i`m 66 kg :D

  • @untameable9 actually i weight 65 kg and bench 55 kg for reps, but im not saying i can bench that or more, but if you see other people with that same weight bench a lot more than that, i've known a lot people by myself, anyway when i get to 75 kg i will upload a video of me benching at least 70 kg or more for reps. you got my word on that.

  • @untameable9 ok that's ok but i only want to say he isn't weak :) He has made 22 reps, he can put on 70 kg and do some reps but not as many as with 60...

  • why are you doing so many reps?? never do more than 15

  • I'm currently weighing about 60kg and I can now bench 60kg 4sets with 4 reps

  • my son is 15 he is now doing 60 kg bench 8 reps he hasint done a max bench though but 60 is around %60 of his max bench

  • looks very good. Yes maybe you should go 10 kilos up in weight and bench like 10-12 reps (if you are able to) in 70 kg.

    nice and smooth reps though.

  • If your doin 22 reps, you should probs be benching more..

    push 70 kg, and try 8-12 reps. u never should go above the 12 reps..

  • @SGTcrackey666 u need to do different exercises, i do for chest, bench press, chest press with dumbells, flys incline chest press with dumbells and incline flyes, dunno much tho (only been going for a bit) 3 sets 10 reps for each
