his self esteem is very low

he could dit/exercise

he loves food its short escape from all the stress hes had to endure for low IQ, high pitch voice, always getting picked on his whole life - - eats 2 pies at micky ds and chocolote milkshake daily 4 lunch.

and him eating sushi bar all u can eat - -thats quite the sight. . . he needs to lose weight but he doenst care really by the time he does it might be too late

diet exercise - - 330 am here in Laguna beach california, spelling is way off, but yeah Id like to have seen erik on a weight loss show like biggest loser, or have richard simmons have him under his wing for a f ew months, boot camp, lifestyle change, or have him on Sterns battle of the blobs see

I dont know eriks height or weight - - heard he got as high as 350 and Im guessing hes over 6' tall he has a long road ahead to lose weight It would be weird to see skinny high pitch!!!
