  • Well that was really dumb. You call the video 'Ezip bike' and then you never show it!

  • Respond to this video... look for the bike free shiping at W W W NOBAGSGREEN. C O M

    bikes up to 15%off

  • 255 lbs

  • how much did this rider weigh?

  • Many questions about batts in the comments.

There are just two small 12V batts in the batt case. You can get a replacement set with same specs for about $50-60 shipped off eBay and install them, or install something better.

  • well battery get me a couple miles now, But being fall tempretures are here its time to put it up for the winter. I rode it hard, over max weight by up to 12 lbs. and it did well for 4 months over 100 charges. Will take apart the battery pack in the spring to see what batteries I will need or maybe see if currie will carry new battery packs next spring.

  • how heavy is it ? too heavy to lift it up and put it on the bus's bike racks ? how difficult is it to bike without the power on while having battery in place ?

  • around 80 lbs with battery. without power as long as tires are inflated to 60 psi. it's not bad but harder to peddle then a regular bike.

  • how many miles does battery last without peddling ?

  • currie and amazon now carry eplacement battery packs for 129.99 plus tax. And Target online carries them.

  • I think the mic exaggerates it. Also i had a friend drive mine to see how it sounds to other people and it is barely noticable a few hundred feet away, and not noticable at all if there is any traffic. The biggest problem i found with this besides the weight is the complete lack of replacement batteries available. Currie website doesn't even have them. Im starting to worry cause it only has about half a year life expectancy.

  • thanks for posting! now i'm in for one at my local Wal Mart. It sells for only $398 if i'm not mistaken. this will be a great commuter bike (work is only 2 miles from my house). I look forward to pedaling down hill going to work, I just dread pedaling up hill going home, this is why i'll have this thing turned on at full blast!

  • Glad you like it. Just bought one. Anxious to try it out.

  • keep the air in the tires up close to max (60psi) make sure the breaks don't drag on the tire. And don't leave it on the charger for over 24hr. Mine is starting to lose range but it is hitting the halfway point on max charges for the battery (over 100 charges now)

  • THNKX

  • I am about to buy a used E-Zip bike. How can I get replacment batteries?

  • Still running on my first battery, so can't say for sure. Since it is a curry bike, I would check where they sel i-zip bike and see if they can order one for you. When mine dies I will be taking it apart and look at the inside of the case. Till then it still gets me back and forth to work, but is it on the red when I get back home.

  • Good bike but as you can hear, is the LOUDEST e-bike on the planet, bar none.

  • I recently got and ezip, the cheapest model, and it is not as loud as it sounds in this video. Either they are more quiet now or the mic on the camera really picks up the sound.

  • The mic doesn't lie. They really are loud. E-bikes should not be loud but the Curries are. Good bike, yes, but loud. But some people like to attract attention and will love it when people turn their heads to see what that noise is. I prefer quiet and NO attention.

  • it's the mic.

  • does it come with tail lights and headlights

  • no you have to buy them.

  • k thx

  • totally awesome!
