i was thinking of getting a starter box for my rc10gt but i wanna make sure its worth every penny so i wanted to know whats your experince with the starter box,pullstart,and drill start, i currently have a pull start on my rc10gt but the engine is not tuned so i have to pull it ALOT! so the cord is ripping almost every day. and it takes a while to get the car started so as u can imagane its vary tiring pulling a pull start more than 20 times just to tune the car. also yes the rc10gt is a grt car

i got the same car its fast and its tough but when i hold full throttle it turns off and the spur gear breaks when i go full speed

@0wngetw1n You could either be too lean or too rich. there should always be blue smoke coming from your exhaust, if there isnt, richen up you HSN a touch. and for your spur gear problems make sure everything is tightened down and that the mesh is set correctly. the only problem i have ever had with mine was when i stripped the original spur gear, havent had a problem since.

The RC10GT is very tough and a great design which is very easy to work on. I don't think you will have any problem with breaking parts. I have 3 GT's at the moment and I have been through many of them over the years. I had one run over by a car, others crashed at WOT and numerous accidents and I was pleasantly surprised on how seldom I had to replace parts.

I have a regular rs4 mt and I love it. The 4wd comes in handy. It's just about ten years old though so I think I'll be purchasing a Hyper 7 Black soon and fixing up the RS4 as just a basher. I have an .15 OS CV-R in it and a Paris tuned pipe.

i have that car i like it but the one thing i hate about it is the top plate on it always breaks and rpm dosent make a top plate for that car but its pretty quick

What top plate??? There is no top plate on an RC10GT that I know of.

This truck has to be one of the most durable trucks I own. I really don't have any problems with breaking parts on it.

No it has a pull start also. It is much easier to start it that way.

Yes the Jato 3.3 is a better truck, but some might disagree.

i disagree the 3.3 is not that fast head up on a long run it will do ok but by the time it speeds up the rc10gt (with os.18)will win and the rc10gt steers better

It was a stock truck so I think it did 35 - 40 MPH. It had nice bottom end power though. I guess you could gear it up for more top speed.
