If you listen to the guitars/bass throughout this song it sounds like 80s thrash metal... Combined with the drumming I think it's perfect for BM, or "Blackened Death Metal", whatever you like to call Behemoth. 5/5

Not for me. The best line-up was Nergal-Inferno-Havoc-Novy (Novy from Vader, bass). In this and similiar line-ups they made the best albums. Sadly, Nergal turned commercial and is hiding behind kinda ugly masks... and the fans that they gained after Apostasy, thinking that they're truest fans of Behemoth, because the first thing they heard from Behemoth was Apostasy - At the left hand ov God or something... You can vote me down but I think that they turned from great band to shit...

nah man. I love the old behemoth just as much as the new, but the fact is the new behemoth has more originality than previous albums. Starting with Satanica they got better at songwriting and stage performance.

if you are a musician youll realize that they never turned commercial, but "more musical" and that's why they started to sound more !"death" than "black"

you have to understand that when u are amusician u dont only compose for the fans but for yourself as well..

th last albums are more technical but still brutal...

they started to use different tools to create music like more complexity in tempos ( like in proggresive metal) different sounds rather than blak metal format.... they used things that are not used in black metal like different time signatures,scales,arpeggios,, things that u would mnever listen in classical black metal.

@gbortuhno well the feel from both types of music is different... i never really listen to black metal, mainly death... i say that death metal is better instrumentaly and black metal is more vocal based..... in my opinion

@metalhead321 well, i domn't know i mean to sing death metal you have to have as much as skills as for black metal.and by death being better instrumentally you mean it in a technical way? because there are tech. black metal bands as well but, black metal is not about being the most tech. metal out there, is about the feeling that it gives off. i mean morbid angel aren't that tech. and they kick ass way more than silly tech. death metal these days.
