  • Hey guys did u actually know Lateef (capoeira guy) was supose to win this fight but he hurt his leg doing the back flip front flip trick (Mortal is the name of the move) nd the guy that gets beat at the end is a good friend of his that also does capoeira. he was supose to win nd have a rematch at the end with tony.

  • capoeira >

  • Idc that's eddy from tekken

  • i love fighting with roasted marshmallows

  • Asshole Eddy of tekken 3!

  • whats the name of the film ?

  • @lengit64 the protecter

  • Epic fight scene! One of my favs. I love the blending of cultures ;)

  • As the Klingons say: meQtaHbogh qachDaq Suv qoH neH.

Only a fool fights in a burning house.

  • Lateef crowder should definetly have his own movie, he's an awesome artist but he only appear to make some moves and then, he get's beat up! not fair!

  • this reminds me of the last scene of Romeo Must Die

  • Lateef Crowder

  • oh yeah that guy would make a great eddie gordo, the tekken movie i seen the guy was good too but seeing that Capoeira is a art form created by Africa decent people they showed no long i think the guy may have lasted all of 2 mins in his fight.

  • they have a few movies where the hero uses Capoeira but they dont let u know its the focal art being used, just knowing Capoeira movements u recongnize it, for example the movie Cat woman with Halley Berry, Blade with Wesley Snipes, they both used Capoeira.

  • Eddie Gordo!!! same guy from that crappy tekken movie XD

  • ONK BAK VS RONALDIHO

  • @YasiroIMP its actually Lateef Crowder Dos Santos

  • Hey look is eddie from tekken °-°

  • I remember when the movie came out and I'm like "Dude, if there ever was a live action Tekken movie, this is your Eddy right here".

Comes out in 2010 and hey guess who's playing Eddy but good old Lateef. I don't think he would have gotten the role if it weren't for the internet.

  • Marshall Law VS Eddy Gordo!

  • khor mo waghem

  • eddy gordo é o cão é melhor q eu

  • I was dissapointed that Tony didn't take off his shirt.

  • i would kill to use my capoeira in movies like this.

  • eddie gordo! den the last one marduk..?

  • @Princ3Jojo Also i almost swore that tony bumpd into lei wu long at the airport

  • @EmanuelAli1 its not like hes gonna be doing anything, his talent is wasted on that. Hopefully they will cast him in the Protector 2

  • @EmanuelAli1 we gotta find Lateef some better roles. poor bastard is gonna be in twilight 4....I take back what I said about tekken

  • Try Arnis. From the Philippines!

  • ele perdeu porque ele e negro

  • While this is a truly epic fight scene, I'm wondering: Where does one go to fight the multi-disciplinal martial arts gang?

  • This is the single best fight scene in cinema.... I dare someone to find better. Im serious... I want to know if it can be done.

  • Welcome to iron fist tournament. TONY JAA vs EDDY GORDO. Final Round. Fight.... Tony Jaa Wins... You Win...

  • He is fighting like Eddy in Tekken 3 :DD

  • @OnlyOneAwash he played Eddy in the crappy tekken movie

  • He is fighting like Teddy in Tekken 3 :DD

  • Lateef Crowder *_*

  • I'm getting really pissed off that I can't find the fucking final fight from the first Ong Bak movie. Only the bar fight, which is good BUT I NEED THE LAST ONE >.<

  • @Ch4oTiK I mean, if you're that upset, I hear that nowadays you can actually spend your own money on that kind of thing, so you don't have to wait for somebody else to spend theirs and then pirate it for you.

  • @uptoolate1896 Your ignorance betrays your obsessiveness to attempt to disprove a point you have no merit in in the first place. This will reflect on your personality a lot of you toss out these kinds of sarcastically delivered 7th grade intellectual arguments to someone who is even minutely intelligent in person, concerning other subjects. When you're done reading that 10 times before you get what I mean, consider that my post was frustration based on needing ONE scene for a college project.

  • What's the name of the 0:15 kick??

    It's damn cool!

  • @Bluestrater escoprion

  • @Bluestrater but he entered through meia lua

  • Also to add to my last comment, hes doing all that capoeria stuff in the water!!!

  • Lateef has got to be the best capoerista in the world.

  • EDDIE GORDO

  • it should be Tonny Jaa vs Capoeira and Kung Fu

  • Hollywood made a Capoeira move a long time ago called Only the Strong.

  • Comment removed

  • kung fu is the best. always.

  • Capoeira movie only the strong

  • yeh

  • Two masters at work

  • Tis a shame that i havent seen a capoeira artist win in a fight in movies or in real life.

  • @VikingVern7

seeing as they've already glorified Karate, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, various kung fu styles, and Boxing, Hollywood shouldn't be too far away from making a movie on Capoeira.

  • @joji64theninja In fact you are a decade behind. They made one called "ONLY THE STRONG" and its all about Capoeria. I take it you are still young???

  • @Donpire or 2 decades ago! =D

  • @Donpire yeah I am. but it wasn't really a success nor a huge hit in particular.

  • @joji64theninja they did. its called Only The Strong

  • @joji64theninja They did called Only the Strong by Marc Dascascos

  • @joji64theninja it already has, "Only the strong"

  • @joji64theninja yeah "only the strong" but if they do make another movie based on capoeira i hope its less cheezy then only the strong...which i enjoy to this day

  • @joji64theninja They did years ago, with Mark Dacascos-made in the 1980's. maybe someone on here remembers the title.

  • @CINEMALEXZIKON the movie is called "Only the Strong". I was thinking the same thing when I read that comment. The movie was cheesy but I really liked it because it focused more on capoeira than most (if not, all) martial art movies. If there are more movies that uses capoeira, please let me know. :)

  • @joji64theninja Have you seen "besouro" its a Brazilian film about the Capoeira

  • @joji64theninja

Too late see Only The Strong which came out in the 90's

  • @dais2999 I was just about to say that lol

  • @joji64theninja Heard of Only The Strong?

  • @joji64theninja They already did, Only The Strong (1993) starring Mark Dacascos, not a great movie but the only one fully showcasing Capoeira. You can also find it in any action movie starring Wesley Snipes

  • @joji64theninja only the strong is about capoeira, its old school but hella good movie

  • @Botme2012 good movie only the strong.

  • @VikingVern7 you need to watch more UCF my friend

  • @Archangelbrooklyn Really? Not arguing or anything, but i would be interested in knowing who in the ufc practices capoeira, and if there good in the ufc? I think it would be cool if so, but the only person ive ever see practice capoeira in the uce was royce grace and he never used it, he used his grappeling skills.

  • @VikingVern7 Actually, Anderson Silva studies capoeira. Not his primary fighting style, but I see it in the way he moves to dodge strikes, and in the way he uses his spinning kicks. And you ask if he's good; well, he does hold the middleweight title.

  • @VikingVern7 Oh that's easy, I know one personally. Second Degree Professor Cristiano "Soldado" Souza of Capoeira Topazio here in Fl. I've trained under him and he's an excellent fighter of both Capoeira and MMA. He has a whole bunch of videos here on youtube if you'd like to check him out

  • Ronaldinho gaucho

  • what movie is this from ?

  • @Lee0Samaa its a movie called Tom Yum Goong/The Protector (2005) and Tony Jaa as the main lead

  • @aourolia I've seen a scene from The Protector, but is this really it ?? And what's the name of that brazilian dude ?

  • @Lee0Samaa yes... it is.

    the brazillian is lateef crowder.

  • @Bluestrater cool thanks, but isn't he fighting that big-ass Nathan Jones in The Protector ? I haven't seen the whole movie yet, lolz

  • Why did the Antagonist remove his hood?

I think he would have look more mysterious and bad ass that way.

  • the most beautiful art forms ever. vote if you looked up kapoeira after watching this.

  • eddhino :D

  • cmo se llama la peli??

  • what happened to jet lis face and is russel wong on crack? maybe this isn't that movie.

  • @bobbytmathew I think you're thinking of the final fight in "Romeo Must Die" with the burning bushes...this fight is way cooler!

  • this is not the guy from tekken i repeat this is not him his name is tony jaa and hes a mastet

  • He's Lateef Crowder Dos Santos. . .and he was injured at the time of the filming

  • pray do brazil!

  • adon vs eddy gordo

  • Is Tony Jaa a Tekken character as well?

  • ronaldinho bombado

  • he was in undisputed 3!!!!!

  • So many of Eddy and Christie's new moves in Tekken 6 came straight from this fight.

  • @moua64 I'd rather say that it's from Capoeira

  • o cara e omesmo do quebramdo recras o capoerita

  • 1:03 I would've kicked em

  • Guy with sword main character from Tekken then film :D

  • Listen, Capoeira NEEDS flexibility, agilty, skill, Upper body strength, I go to capoeira and My coach brought one of his students from brazil and WOW he is better than eddy.

  • @MKComboGuy no ones better then eddy

  • @TheLethalgunner99 Really? Have you seen him. Eddy is shit compared to him, i aint sayin eddy is shit but he is compared to aguaro

  • omg thats the guy that played Jin in that awful Tekken movie lmao!!!

  • JeT LI Ain'T DA BosS AnymorE. I SalutE DA NeW KinG OF MartiaL ArtS. LonG LivE TonY JaA.

  • believe what you will but i think that capoera is a style not descended from kung fu

  • damn that fight was good!

  • capoeria style needs flexibilty, agilty, and keen senses, love this movie better than ong bak

  • omg is that ronaldhino!!!!

  • @yoyiberto you read my mind. thats exactly what I was thinking.

  • Eddy vs Sagat..

  • whats this called

    the movie

  • @amzalicous The Warrior King

  • DANG. My 2 favorite Tekken characters: Eddy Gordo and Forest Law 0.o

I half expected an announcer to say "EDDY GORDO. FIGHT!"

  • Lateef is a legend

  • both of these guys suck tho i've seen alot better...from me...my skills are far greater then these noobz...my kicks are alot straighter which is the main key to mastering your inner chi.

  • @Constellashun Listen No one Is Perfect Everyone got there way of Using There Style's Also There Making more then u

  • some people are a waste of skin. But capoeira is just a waste of energy....

  • @viyark

    i totally agree

if u have small place 2 fight then capoeira wont work

  • @johnmaxvan umm that art form was created in small places..

  • @viyark What are you talking about??? Capoeira is a great martial art!!! Have you ever try to move like this??? I do capoeira the last 7 months. It's very difficult to do the most of these moves and requires a great physical state and suppleness. Every martial art requires a lot of energy and none of them is a waste of it!!!

  • Thumbs up if you thought of Kai from Mortal Kombat at 1:00 ^^

  • Now this is my favorite scene

  • lol duh why are we fighting - black guy idk script tells us to

  • the name music ???

  • 4:43 ... the guy with the sword didn't have so much momentum that he couldn't stop and redirect his sword. Meh. what can you expect from a movie >.< . .

  • /watch?v=U0L54VyqWes&lc=dGsn-OOF2svB3VnIQvv36KhhQLeg_30ZOA2RqIN3-Ws&feature=inbox

    Check this fight out! Copy/Paste!

  • @Harz1835, Dude, you obviously have no idea who that capoeira guy is, his name is "lateef crowder" A.k.a The capoeira beast in this world, You may know him as "eddy gordo" in the tekken video games, he's a real martial artist, just as jet let, or scott adakins. Brazillian btw.

  • Capoeira is so entertaining to watch...

  • @ashestoashes111 so true :)

  • that capoeira guy might play Reptile in the new mortal combat movie. Copoeira fits reptile style

  • @blacktailprairiedog dude Muay Thai is obviously Thai... I doubt anyone is actually trying to claim it as a Korean martial art -_-

  • Eddy than Jin

  • very cool!!

    かっこ良すぎる!

  • ぎゃー

  • that guy either learned advanced Capoeira in 2 months or obviously a stunt man

  • cant keep ur cellphone safe there

  • UN VERO E PROPRPIO GUERRIERO

    TONY JAA UN GRANDE

  • I loved these fights, but I didn't like the way the first one ended. You don't see Lateef hit the floor, so it's not like he really "lost". It's more like he got hit and walked off set, lol.

For anyone that's interested, I saw Tekken Blood Vengeance yesterday and wrote up a review on my blog. Go to main channel page, and the link to my blogspot is in my info section along the left.

  • @TheKingOfRuckus There was suppose to be a round 2 with Lateef, but during the filming Lateef pulled his hamstring, so the fight had to be cut short.

  • Ey Karambaa !

  • Comment removed

  • Eddy Gordo VS Jin Kazama :D

I wish THIS was the Tekken movie -.-

  • @Suntearock You know what's funny? The guy with the sword(doing Wushu) also portrays Jin Kazama in the Tekken movie. That's Tony Jaa beating Eddy and Jin in one row :P

  • Lateef Crowder was also in Undisputed 3: Redemption, alongside Scott Adkins (Boyka). They had a really good fight.

  • karamba velho foi o melhor filme que eu já vi é esse e o imbativel 3

  • Ronaldinho got his ass kicked tsk tsk

  • wtf is ronaldinho doing in a martial arts movie......

  • RONALDHINO !!

  • 2:48 breakdancing attack

  • when i first saw this movie, the black guy (lateef crowder) was moving so fast, and so, i thought that the black guy was ronaldinho...i was like...wtf???

  • @trumank99 and the chinese fighter after that looks a bit like edison chen at first...

  • @trumank99 Thai not chinese
