This is starclass - There are 38 seats un starclass and it's not uncommon for these a330 flights to have an 80% full economy cabin and only approx 10% full starclass cabin

Japanese tourists to Australia are sharply declining for last 7 years.

That is why Qantas quit flying to Japan, and gave up to Jetstar.

No wonder the plane is empty.
