I don't know if I'm right, but what I understand is that all these people want to get a job, so they dance together, and go out in the mist of the night with lights to be sure that employers will find them out. Or pehaps they didn't manage to sleep as they wanted to be on time for their job an don't risk to be fired because they would be late. At the end the image is clear to show that they have arrived at the office and that they feel safe and happy to work hard for their enterprise.
