right or not the reason why they do not have to come to court as this is not a criminal matter this is a civil matter so the idea is not about punishment as that is a matter for the criminal law. They will not have to attend as assume liability has been admitted in full and so there is no need for them to attend as the point is not about punishment. They will have admitted liability the trial will be to determine the amount of the compensation.

Here in the USA legal system is similar, corrupt. Last year I knew this one kid who was beaten and drowned by 2 or 3 people, and guess what the punks got? 2 years probation. And they were 16 and 17 year olds, teens who had cars.
