The video distortion is caused by loss of digital signal from down link satelite, not shape shifting. You can get the same effect on video cell phones with too narrow band width or satelite TV during storms

Okay, I'll start out by saying I am a VERY firm believer in extra-terrestrials and I have done a fair bit of research for a couple of years now which has led me to believe beyond the shadow of a doubt that they are out there. @howler369 exactly. there's so many of these videos out there, they can't all be camera glitches or video compression problems. I've seen the exact same pattern on journalist's faces now. I can read human expression, and I can tell that they're all aware of it, and all self-conscious of it. I know its supposed to be reptilians, but I'm seeing a lot of cat faces and cat-like patterns.
