Good video, but why are you not using rubber coated tools? Metal on metal scratches and ruins the bails. Not only are your nails (and rings and bracelets) distracting, but you keep dropping the smaller items because they are so long.
Enjoyed the demonstration. Not everyone knows how to work with bails and where to buy bails. I had a top drilled heart and don't know how to add a bail. Will check you webb site.

I like how you use a close up as well....your nails are very distracting. I suggest a use for the wire clipper!
