it's a lanikai LU-6. It's tuned to GCEA, but the C and A are doubled at octaves (like on 12 string guitar). The extra C string is an octave above the standard tuned string, and the extra A string is wound steel and is an octave below the standard tuned string. Overall the uke is great. It's beautiful. It stays in tune once the strings are worn in, and it sounds fabulous. The low A string is a little more prominent that I would like, but all in all a great uke. Cheers!
