  • This is really well done good job!

  • that's gotta be hard

  • I know this is besides the point but that shelty puppy is adorable!!

  • Wonder how pissed her mom got at her "They're not normal" comment.

  • she is hot ;)

  • I'll say one thing to the people commenting on my documentary, specifically to the ignorant haters. IF you don't like it, WHY are you going OUT OF YOUR way to search for such documentaries, watch them and then finally leave pointless, ignorant, good for nothing comments that no one really cares about?

Answer me that. Homophobes are normally the ones with something to hide, just sayin' ;)

  • @5KeepITReal5 its obvious...they go out of their way to do this because they think they are warriors of god or some other equally nutty label.

  • @5KeepITReal5 Take no notice of the negative comments; nearly all are positive. Well done. What a fantastic documentary. Well filmed, great content. x

  • @runforthehills707 Thank you very much for your kind words, it means a lot to know people appreciate the documentary :) x

  • wtf ? awful accent sorry but its true but i kinda like it

  • Well I'm sure she has always been gay.

  • 3:36 you're not, 5KeepITReal5 keeps it real

  • Personaly I am for gay marriage because it hurts no one, and might even give those gay people a feeling of more acceptance in the community so they will come out of the closet. (I realy like the song from senses fail:Can't be saved).

But when it comes to adopting I don't think it's a right thing to allow since the children learn and emotionaly develop as they see they parents. So there will be alot more gay people who can't function so well, who wouldn't be gay if they had conventional parents.

  • @MaDrung So far we have seen that it takes two straight people to make one gay. In the same way straight parents can't influence their children to be straight, gay parents can't make their children go gay.

  • @gatekeepermkd there are more factors to being gay than just parents lol.

But children do learn and develop according to their parents.

  • @MaDrung Well in a marriage comes to children normally. I'm not arguing with you, but why be against them having children, but accept marriage? It's like you're limiting their rights as well. Conventional parents, umm I know plenty of striaight couples with not happy children. That would effect a child emotionally as well. Factually, it's based on how loving the relationship is, and that determines the child's growth.

  • Homosexuality is found in over 450 species. Homophobia is found in just one. Which one sounds unnatural now?

  • wow, here in San Francisco it's not even an issue. I feel bad for people in other countries who have so much hatred.

  • Your brother isn't moody. He's gay.

  • @dominiccarter77 my mom is gay, and she's raising me fine. I love BOTH of my moms. I'm not trying to cause conflict, but I'm proving the point that gay couples can bring up children! My moms have raised me well, I have straight a's, I dance, and I do a lot of sports. My life is no different than that of a child of heterosexual parents...

  • I have to admit, I kinda lost focus once the puppy came on camera...

  • If you're gay, you're gay. Fine get over it. But why then 'have' children? What makes you think it's OK to have children if you're gay. This modern world has no morals. This women had children, then she thought 'oh i think I'll be gay' What is wrong with people? Make your mind up.

  • @dominiccarter77 Its a HUMAN thing to want to be a parent... not a white or black, male or female, straight or gay thing.... damn ur ignorant!!!

  • @taeliah01 It's not a human thing to be gay! It's wrong and not natural, that is fact. I'm not a homophobe I don't hate gay people. And I certainIy wouldn't disrespect them because they're gay. I just believe in two people, male and female having children. This world is gone just far too liberal. Gay marriages is wrong. Marriage is more a man and a women,it makes a mockery out of 'real' marriage.

  • @dominiccarter77 Ur ignorance is what's wrong and unnatural.... There's nothing wrong or unnatural about love no matter what form it comes.... Its ignorant that society allows morons like u to breed.... any gay couple that has children or adopts children is only saving that child from growing up unknowledgable about REAL love.... love knows no gender, race, age, etc.... Read the statistics.... I truely for sorry for any children you have or will raise into prejudiced morons like you... Grow up!!

  • @dominiccarter77 Lmfao well with that being said, I believe u just proved my point for me... thank u.

  • @dominiccarter77 i soo agree with you

  • @dominiccarter77 ok, look, gay people are born the way they are, ANY gay person can attest to this. That being said, they are natural and homosexual attractions even exist in the ANIMAL WORLD. It's a minority for humans and other species, but just because it's a minority doesn't mean it didn't occur natuarally. Just because most people are straight doesn't mean gay people are unnatural, just like other minority groups (like ethnic groups) are not "unnatural".

  • @dominiccarter77 taeliah01 is so right!! Just because you're gay shouldn't mean that you can just say well, it's either one or the other, guess I can't have kids now because of the way that I was born. STUPID. That's like saying dyslexic people shouldn't go to school, because it would be more difficult for them. And no one thinks "I think I'll be gay". I fought with myself against it, who would want to live a life where you're prejudiced against and have less rights?? If I could I would be st8

  • @Izlandzadi14 It's wrong that society would make you feel that if you could be straight you would be. There is nothing wrong in being you. It's the most natural thing in the world. Carry on being you :) x

  • "My mum has been gay for just over a year now"...

    HUH?

How can you "be gay" for "just over a year"? Am I missing something?

Was her mother NOT GAY before that? I thought that 'gays' were 'born gay'... at least, that's what gays decided round about the late 70s when they decided to FORCE the rest of us to PRETEND that we thought 'being gay' was just 'wonderful' and 'fabulous' (or get sacked from our jobs, or imprisoned... thanks for that.)

  • @Bishnu852 Just to clear anything up, I do know my Dad, he's been in my life from the day I was born.

  • @Bishnu852 people like you are evil. Great video!

  • Children should not have to feel like they have to defend their parents' behavior.

Yet gay parents raise their children from birth under extreme pressure.

These kids feel they need to justify what are, in fact, selfish choices made by the parents. The kids say, in effect, "so what if my parents made a decision that was based on their needs and not on what people say kids want or need? I don't mind. Really. I don't."

What motivates a child to feel compelled to defend a parent?

  • @vicorii

"What motivates a child to feel compelled to defend a parent?"

    I believe that's called love.

Would you be saying the same thing about a straight couple? Not many, if any, people have kids just so they can be called a parent. Being a parent is hard work, or so I've heard. No one does it for fun.

  • @blackbirdsky "Love" - you mean the sort of "love" that makes a gay couple want nothing but the best for their children?

I can tell gay couples just really AGONIZE about the question of whether their decision to exploit the loopholes in adoption laws, in order to make their child be motherless or fatherless, might deprive their children of something precious.

Gays just AGONIZE over that question, don't they?

  • ok, we need to have like a dragon of open-mindedness that reigns down happy fire upon all closeminded people. just a thought

  • I feel bad well ur alright but ne no way GAY or LEZ UH NO WAY

  • what kind of dog is tht? tht one you holding and around 1:13

  • @WheresWaldoTV Yorkshire terrier X Jack Russell :)

  • @5KeepITReal5 I love yorkies :)

  • this girl is a Dyke. Her CHOCIE cause of her mom.

  • Damn, that gay mom is kinda hot. She's a GMILF!

  • @Jujuman2003 no she's still a -M-ilf

  • @DJBrokenHigh 'I'm glad my father wasn't a lesbian.' What? Men aren't lesbians they're gay.

Your views are your views. I can inform you nothing is fake about it either :).

  • @5KeepITReal5

Apparently, you suck at understanding satire LOL

  • @DJBrokenHigh My bad. What you get for doing things like replying to comments when tired lol.

  • @DJBrokenHigh that makes no sense. a gay marriage isnt a psychologically damaging thing lol and no on said their genitals are the same dumb ass. it is the same and in some cases better parenting than most straight parents. and how the hell would you know if it "has a gap to it" you have straight parents or gay parents so you cant really compare the 2 can you? and you must have something against. you just basically said not to treat them equal not let them marry is unequal. WTF!

  • @DJBrokenHigh But apparently, a penis will always act like a penis.

  • You're a darling - so matter of fact, honest, sincere and attractive to boot..! Mom's a looker too.... Thanks for sharing & best to you and yours..!

  • @vanindigo Thank you :) Im glad you enjoyed it, thank you for watching.

  • Gay Propaganda....How Refreshing! Is this whole video fake, or just the main premise?!!

  • I don't know you but I am proud of you! I am proud that you're so open-minded and caring, sympathetic towards your mum and her partner. I agree in the sense that society will always be aggressive and judgemental when it sees things are "abnormal". In my opinion, gays aren't "abnormal", they are like everyone else; like everyone else in the sense that they are unique, they are their own individual, and that they choose what life to live and how to live it.

  • PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD! We have a CALL FOR ENTRIES for the documentary, "GAYBY BOOM," a film on LGBT parenting and the ever-evolving definition of family values.

  • Great vid, dear. Thanks for telling your story.

  • I have a friend who's mother came out at the beginning of the school year. He had no real problem with gays before it, and is not a homophobe at all, but afterwords, his relationship with his mum deteriorated. As things are they don't talk anymore. Period. The first time she brought home a girlfriend he pitched a fit and broke three lamps b4 leaving home for 2 weeks. She didnt and still isnt doing anything to reach her son. She wont even pick him up from school. You're lucky, a lot can go wrong.

  • I don't think I want to get into any kind of debate with you about this.

All I will say is not once have I said it was easy or have I taken for granted that I might be lucky.

  • I really didn't mean to imply that you don't have rough patches, everybody does. I was just showing that things are balanced on the tip of the needle. One way is drastically better than the other.

I'm sorry if I offended you. It wasn't meant if I did.

  • It's ok and I understand what you are saying I do. No offence taken :)

Just I didn't wanna risk getting into some sort of debate because out views will differ is all :)

  • ace i dont have gay parents but my mom is chilled out the idea and you never really hear about gay couples who are parents, its usually teenagers or young homosexual celebrity couples so its kwl to hear this side of things!

    thnx =)

  • Thank you :) Glad you enjoyed it.

I thought it would be cool to show this side of things as there isnt really, if any media attention on this side of things :)

  • thanks for making this video u are truly kind and i'm sure ur mom is proud to have a daughter like u and in case u need or want a new friend count me in seriously

  • that was great and insightful too. I want kids someday and its nice to see it for once from the kids point of view.

  • Thank you :) I'm glad u liked it.

  • the puppy is so cute!

    0:59

  • Great video thanks for sharing you views

  • Cool video!! I also have gay parents -- actually, in my case, I grew up with two dads. But my bio dad was really little when he came out and he met my stepdad when I was 3 so I never knew anything different.

  • Uh, I meant that *I* was really little when he came out. lol

  • That would be hard for children to grow up with a mother and father, then later on in life they divorce and either one comes out gay. If you grew up from birth nowing your mom/father was gay it would be alot easier. but anyways thanks for making this vid, it was very good :-)

  • my mom past away years ago I am very relax lol and I know it's life beleive me I know my mother was a male looking gay and I fought so hard for her to be herself I told her I didn;t care what she did in bed and with who the only part that I hated about my mother is that but she changed and liked it ........ elen degeneres she's a good exemple she's gay and beautiful you dont have try to look like a man by th way your mom is very pretty and feminine that's what all gey woman should look like

  • Im sorry about your mum.

I have to say thou i believe that if someone is gay they have the right to be how they want to be, be it butch, fem wateva.

Its there life if tht is how they are happy let them be tht way :) Thank you for ur nice words about my mother :)

  • you know what???? you can't even look at the camera when you answer the question......I think you're ok with your mom being gay but in a way you're not I've been there I know I have nothing against gay people but I had a very bad experience with my mom people put on here everything so great but what about most of them that just dont take care of their children and next time look at the camera when you answer a question about your gay mom

  • Ok, Ok Relax. I never sed everything has a great experience, It's life and sometimes it's hard. I was looking at the person interviewing me wen i answered the question, sorry. :)

  • i like your video and your a very informative

  • wow that was really facinating! wonderfully put together documentary, thank you for sharing.

  • Thank you :) Means alot that u enjoyed it :) x

  • great vid, more people should be open minded & accepting as you.... BRILLIANT!!

  • Thank You, Im glad you enjoyed it. Means a lot people enjoy it :D xx

  • What type of dog is Kipper the puppy? He is the cutest!

  • Its Kimba lol :) Umm she is a Yorkshire Terrier X Jack Russel. Sadly I dont have her anymore my mum took her :(

  • good point. i want to adopt one day and im gay (i always wanted to adopt even when i was "straight" just because it makes sense)

  • @SolarSailors What do you mean "even when you were straight"? Do you just change your 'sexuality' when you feel like it?

Don't tell me - 'sexuality' is a broad spectrum that people can change across their lifetimes...

    You wish.

  • @packoftwenty 1) i put "straight" in quotes. now i know it may be hard for u to understand anything past basic language, but when people put it in quotes, its usually meant sarcastically. ergo i wasnt straight, I just said i were. 2) it took you two years to answer this? why? was my use of quotes so frustrating to u that u couldnt ignore something i said two years ago?

  • Its the bible, do you really believe what the bibles says? If so, you are completely lost.

  • no, Im atheist...

  • the Bible also says you can have 8 wives at once, you can sell your daughter to slavery, and prostitutes are legal (even if your married) as long as there females.

just what I've read (I could be wrong), please don't hate.

  • I think you heard wrong, to be honest.

  • it's nice to see people that make sence.

  • Heterosexuals have more unplanned children(ex. unwed couples, rape, condom broke, unprotected sex resultings with a child). More Homosexuals have planned Parenthood, (two adults coming together, and planning they want a child in the family, they look into it more, and are usually ready to take on the responsibility of a child). Doesn't that count for anything? Especially when there are so many kids in orpans left my heterosexual couples who have kids they can't take care of.

  • well obviously

  • @otalove

That's a load of bullshit. I have met gay people who have unplanned children just as much as straights, so please go put your foot in your mouth. Stop glamorizing one group of people over another. Gay people are no different from straights. Get yourself a reality check noob

  • @otalove Duh. Obviously no gays have children BY ACCIDENT. What exactly is your point? No, it doesn't count for anything.

  • ash!!! x

  • Tht wud be me lol who's this? x
