i'm not going to pretend that i'm all time low's biggest fan, and i'm not going to lie and say that i've been there from the very beginning. but i have been there for a few years, and seeing how the fanbase has changed- NOT all time low and NOT their music, but their fans- has changed makes me sad. we used to just appreciate the music but now everyone argues over who likes them more or knows the most songs. to be quite honest, i don't give a fuck. so put up or shut up, and just enjoy the music.

I love ATL's old stuff AND their new stuff. My only complaint off their last album "Nothing Personal" was that the producers used too many effects on Alex's voice. The dude can sing. He's someone who geuinly have a reallly good voice. He really can sing. So let him. That's the main thing i like about the old stuff more. It was just more raw. But like I said, old ATL, new ATL. I love it all.

@jkim4007 I started listening to ATL just last year, and only had a couple of songs like 5 of them and I really loved them. I didn't even know their names and their faces until this april when I got a tumblr. Wow, I would just say wow. This song is just, I can't even think of words to describe it. I actually like SWIR than NP.
I love all of All Time Low's music I don't think they're sell outs in my opinion they're still the same guys they've just grown up and matured its expected for this to happen with all bands, sure I miss their old stuff like this but their new stuff is also good preferably Painting Flowers cause that sounds a lot like this in my opinion

Ok, th songs on Put Up Or Shut Up are great, and I love them to death, but I hate that the record company fucked up Alex's voice so much. And they totally messed up The Girl's A Straight Up Hustler and Lullabies. I do like the new versions, but seriously, the old versions are better.
as the time changes, so do bands. It's to be excpected. They didn't sell out, they are just changing their music to what people want to hear. They want to attract more people. If nothing personal is your favorite album it does not mean you are not an atl fan, it just means you like their poppy stuff better. I personally like PUOSU best though.

Honestly, I think their new stuff has more of a catchy feel which I like, but my two favorite songs are this one, and Weightless, so I think All Time Low is still good, and like people said, bands DO change their style, my band I'm pretty sure will not sound the same as it does not in fuck probobly a year, so don't try and hate on their new stuff to much guys

I think everyone prefers the older, just-starting-out versions of every band. I mean lets think about it, theres Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Boys Like Girls, now All Time Low, and plenty more. Bands grow, and their music grows with them. It's bound to happen sometime.

That's because for this one they were on a tiny Baltimore record label then. not Hopeless Records. With Hopeless Records they could overlay the songs and stuff, and their voices changed alot. Personally, I prefer this ATL. <3

I disagree. There are exceptions to every rule yes. But most of the time, veteran fans get angry due to the fact that a band has made a particularly different amount of succes than they are used to and hence exposed to mainstream where people use they're name, lyrics, image, etc. to make (or try to) themselves look or seem cooler. It's annoying and I agree with you on the verbally attacking part, but if your like what I said in the begining you have to understand how vet. listeners feel.

who cares if some girls only like all time low because of nothing personal !! I had heard a few all time low songs before nothing personal like "dear, maria" and "poppin" and I really liked it but I never went out and bought the albulm and then nothing personal came out and "weightless" was, like everywhere and I loved it so I got the albulm! basically what I am sayin is - Thank god nothing personal came out because it helped me discover all time low ! :D
and I now love them !!!!!

@Msparamorerock I mean 90 % of girls like NP and NP only. They only care about how hot they are, it shouldn't matter, it shouldn't even be a "bonus" as these girls say. I'm saying, if NP in all its shame didn't come out, then we wouldn't have these fake fangirls that sell out shows and write fanfics and go crazy over the members, not the music. They'd rather meet ATL than hear a rare song live, bullshit

@jkim4007 I started listening to ATL just last year, and only had a couple of songs like 5 of them and I really loved them. I didn't even know their names and their faces until this april when I got a tumblr. Wow, I would just say wow. This song is just, I can't even think of words to describe it. I actually like SWIR than NP.

I love all of All Time Low's music I don't think they're sell outs in my opinion they're still the same guys they've just grown up and matured its expected for this to happen with all bands, sure I miss their old stuff like this but their new stuff is also good preferably Painting Flowers cause that sounds a lot like this in my opinion

eh. all time low use to be my favorite band like 4 or 5 years ago.
i've gone to many concerts and met them multiple times.
it just seems like they are selling out.
their shows are a blast, but not as fun as they were. there new stuff fucked up alexs' voice. too poppy, but i guess some people like that.

Ok, th songs on Put Up Or Shut Up are great, and I love them to death, but I hate that the record company fucked up Alex's voice so much. And they totally messed up The Girl's A Straight Up Hustler and Lullabies. I do like the new versions, but seriously, the old versions are better.

as the time changes, so do bands. It's to be excpected. They didn't sell out, they are just changing their music to what people want to hear. They want to attract more people. If nothing personal is your favorite album it does not mean you are not an atl fan, it just means you like their poppy stuff better. I personally like PUOSU best though.

Ok whoa. Theres a lot of people that obvoiusly have just started listening to All Time Low. You can tell because your favorite album is Nothing Personal. Dont get me wrong, NP is great but nothing can beat Put Up or Shut Up. Like seriously Jasey Rae still gives me chills. Just saying. And this song IS great. No shit they sound like blink and new found glory lots of bands did but this is a lot better then new shit like Kesha

Honestly, I think their new stuff has more of a catchy feel which I like, but my two favorite songs are this one, and Weightless, so I think All Time Low is still good, and like people said, bands DO change their style, my band I'm pretty sure will not sound the same as it does not in fuck probobly a year, so don't try and hate on their new stuff to much guys

i dunno why you got so many thumbs down, i completely agree.. my favorite songs are therapy, coffee shop soundtrack and this one . obviously record labels and new experiences and changes in personality all change music, and i think even though it feels like im listening to 2 different bands people shouldn't give them so much shit. if every single song never changed, it would end up sounding shitty. like nickelback.

I think everyone prefers the older, just-starting-out versions of every band. I mean lets think about it, theres Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Boys Like Girls, now All Time Low, and plenty more. Bands grow, and their music grows with them. It's bound to happen sometime.

damnn i cant believe i never listen to this stuff before! before you say anything, ive been an ATL fan ever since i first say the Poppin Champagne music video on mtv last year. i think these songs are amazing, i cant believe Alex wrote these when he was 16! but i do have to say, the vocals are not as good as they are now!!!!

That's because for this one they were on a tiny Baltimore record label then. not Hopeless Records. With Hopeless Records they could overlay the songs and stuff, and their voices changed alot. Personally, I prefer this ATL. <3

oh i have seen them in consert!!!! oh god!!! i was standing in the front! alex came over to use..... but never toched are hands!!!! my cousin and me were PISSED!!!! We touched jacks gutair and i touched his leg and shoes!!!! my friend was also there and got to touch jacks gutair, leg, hand, and even hair!!! she bit a person just to get his pick!!! i would do the same!!! Wow people you really need to stop fighting about who is the bigger fan. Not a single one of you is a bigger fan than the other. If you like (or love) their music then you are concidered a fan. Time does not change how much of a fan you are. Personally no one on here cares about how long you have known them. We comment to say what we like or dislike about the song or whatever. I love All time low.
The first song I ever heard was Stay Awake, and I loved it, then I listened to all their other stuff. That was like years ago :)
But now they've become like mainstream (and that is pretty epic) but my friend was playing Weightless on our bus, and Iwas like OMG you like ATL? She said yeah, and I tried to talk about their old music, but she didn't know it =[
I wish the new fans would listen to the older stuff as well cause It's just as good as the new stuff!

I disagree. There are exceptions to every rule yes. But most of the time, veteran fans get angry due to the fact that a band has made a particularly different amount of succes than they are used to and hence exposed to mainstream where people use they're name, lyrics, image, etc. to make (or try to) themselves look or seem cooler. It's annoying and I agree with you on the verbally attacking part, but if your like what I said in the begining you have to understand how vet. listeners feel.
