Shocking how out of context this is. In that quote, he was clearly talking about being able to "fire" his insurance providers, if they didn't provide the services he wanted them to. It was a poor choice of words, but his point was he liked that he wasn't forced to have a certain insurance provider, that he could choose, and that they had to compete for his business.
