  • This video is gay.

  • sexy!!

  • Was that Steven Segal

  • THIS IS EPIC. ALEC BALDWIN IS THE BEST ACTOR EVER! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM TO BITS! How he can stay so serious, i don't uds.

CONGRATS TO HIM FOR HIS FIFTH CONSECUTIVE WIN FOR THE SAG AWARDS!!!! TOTALLY DESERVED!!!

  • Buddy f*g media psychopaths were all so proud when Alec Baldwin (that's Berlusconi bald win) announced that he had kicked his spirit channel cannibal HIV habit when the truth of the mater is that he only made it exponentially worse as cannibal rape of universes. Most specifically he likes eating the thin anorexic style universes planets with fusion energy. It's no Joke. Spirit channel cannibalism is very real. Most easily recognized during the chill "goose bump" rapes. Yours very truly, Cures

  • I'm confused, shouldn't Alec wanna marry Jesse only if he's gay and in love with him?

I honestly see no point in a straight man marrying a guy, no doubt Jesse would wanna get plowed by Alec (hell who wouldn't) but Alec wouldn't be able to do so since his hetero penis wouldn't raise to the occasion of Jesse's tight ginger ass

  • I respect Gay men simply for the fact that they have to deal with other guys shit all day....mad hetero love

  • Comment removed

  • Excellent. A truly good man, and so much more intelligent and evolved than his fundamentalist brother.

  • That wasn't a movie, btw....Alec Baldwin really IS the Shadow.

  • ha! alec, so funny!

  • Alec Baldwin is one Gorgeous , & Perfect Bear , If only he was GAY .....

    Well , a man can dream , Right ???

  • Thank you Alec !!!

  • @mjgdogs you know normally, I wouldn't agree with you -- but gee, your fanatical use of the caps-lock has completely won me over!

  • @gameskating

If you're against gay marriage, don't have one!

  • @gameskating Woot Woot! That's a relief, cause for a minute there, I wasn't sure...

Seriously, though, if all the people who tell me I'm going to hell because I (and others) am/are gay, are going to heaven, then I DON'T WANNA GO TO HEAVEN!!

I'd rather party in hell with all my friends and family who LOVE ME FOR WHO I AM, not WHO I SLEEP WITH.

    That's all I'm saying!

  • @DPMS15 lol

  • Great video!

Does anyone know what music's playing in the background during the first 13 seconds?

  • You guys aren't any help, so I found the answer myself...

Ramsey Lewis Trio - The In Crowd

  • lol

  • Bravo, Alec!

  • I don't like the guy, so this was a surprise. Alright!

  • Alec Baldwin is so hot!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Baldwin is brilliant!!!

  • hahaah awesome

  • If New York State promises to legalize gay marriage, will Alec Baldwin promise to marry Jesse Tyler Ferguson?

  • Alec Baldwin is the best

  • and out of all of that, we now agree. :)

  • @pfrye66

I think you and beatrizngra covered it all. Well done. I can understand you defining the term so sharply, though I do think that in this issue people are using it more informally (without the religious connotation). The fight for gay marriage toward the state is one of equitable civic benefits that mirror those of traditional marriage within the confines of a domestic partnership. Religions are an elective, if someone doesn't like their religion's rules, they should leave it. :)

  • christ that voice...it's so commanding, if he asked me to set a box of kittens on fire i would probably do it.

  • I always knew he was straight!

  • I love this man.

  • So? What makes him think that the government has a right to determine what's ok for an institution that's based in religion? Religion, which is not under the authority of the govt. I don't have a problem at all with gay people but this is ridiculous.

  • @pfrye66

Because you can be married LEGALLY in a civil ceremony which guarantees you governmental rights not afforded to single people. It has nothing to do with religion. You've missed the point.

  • @muziel019 I think you missed the point. He does not speak of marriage in terms of governmental rights or privileges. If this is the main goal of gay people then they should fight for a domestic partnership. One that guaruntees the same tax benefits and rights of a married couple. I would support that fully. But by speaking of gay marriage emotional terms, he implies that the institution must be redefined. If that's what gay people want to fight for, then that is not fair.

  • @pfrye66 "emotional terms" what should those be?

  • @beatrizngra Hence domestic partnerships, these can provide people with these exact rights, as I said. And by emotional terms I mean he speaks as if people who are denied marriage are denied equality. That's not true. Yes marriage is a "domain of the state" but its basis is in religion. So to say someone is "married" means it is a religious bond between to people, who then recieve benefits afterwards. I am all for these rights for gay couples, but by def. marriage can't be homosexual.

  • @pfrye66 So you're saying that people with a religious bond receive benefits? How about the State being laic? Everyone should have to right to the same benefits. So, the State should either deny benefits to people with this "religious bond" or give them to everyone, since right-giving shouldn't be based on religious matters.

  • @beatrizngra and by the way, I'm not a homophobe, trust me. I just believe in certain principles.

  • @pfrye66 I believe it when you say you're not a homophobe (really :)).. i just don't see the problem to give the guys the right to be legally together forever with some civil rights :D

  • @beatrizngra Yes, I would love that two. I just would like a different means to achieve that.

  • @pfrye66 So we've come to an understanding :) That's rare in these comment box discussions! haha It was a pleasure talking to you!

  • @beatrizngra It really is. It was a pleasure talking to you too.

  • @pfrye66 there are: CIVIL marriage and RELIGIOUS marriage. there are many types of RELIGIOUS marriages, depending on which religion. many of which accept gay marriage (some protestants, wiccans, etc). CIVIL marriage, UNRELATED to religious marriages, are made to give people conjoined CIVIL rights. We want the government to permit CIVIL MARRIAGE, not religious marriage. So, ONLY the government has the right to determine to give this permission or not.

  • @beatrizngra Yes, well the term MARRIAGE is religious. So DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP does not imply a religious institution. ANd you're right, right-giving shouldn't be based on your religion alone. Hence DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP offering the same rights. I have been saying that the whole time.

  • @pfrye66 You're right. Unfortunately, the rights given to the members of a domestic partnership are not the same given those who are legally married. Since I believe it is contradictory for homosexuals to have a christian marriage (but like i said, some other religions permit it), I would be completely satisfied if at least the rights and recognition of domestic partnerships and civil marriages were the same. Then, I would never fight for gay marriage anymore.

  • @pfrye66 Well then all legal "marriages", whether between a man and a woman or between two people of the same sex, should be called "domestic partnerships". Don't call them two different things under the law, and everything will be swell.

  • @pfrye66

Except marriage was NEVER, EVER, "an institution that's based in religion." Marriage was a business deal between men, where women were thought of a property, and inferior to men, that is why the woman's father had to pay a dowry to the groom's father. Marriage in it's origins was never between a man and a woman. It was between a man and hundreds of women plus a few thousand whores. I Kings 11:1-7 ) If you're going to use religion, at least learn the bible first.

  • @soymexboy Yes, furthermore it was between families, in order to help concentrate wealth and perpetuate the feudal system, and of course more generally to make political alliances.

I guess even literature like Romeo & Juliet is too obscure for some people...

  • I love this... as much controversary there was over that call to his daughter, I hope he is truthful about this?!

  • Perfect! What more needs to be said!

  • Oh Alec, you are so wonderful.

  • More reasons why I admire and love this man. Not only for the LMAO character he plays on 30 ROCK or whenever he's on SNL, but simply for the principles of equality that he holds. Daddy Bear, you rock my world. =)

  • Well now I want to marry Alec Baldwin. Amazing.

  • Outstanding

  • Brilliant.

  • Rofl

  • Everyone should be able to marry whom ever they choose!!!!!!!!! And yes, the federal government should pass it. It is our right!!!!!!

  • Isn't it amazing how public perception of Alec Baldwin has changed in just a few years? Remember when he told his daughter she was "a thoughtless little pig"? He's certainly changed--at least from the position of the rights of strangers. I mean, hell, I'll take the support of just about anybody in our quest for the right to marry, but I could certainly wish for a more kind and upstanding champion.

  • Alec, thank you and stay classy ;-)

  • HAHA! Alec, you're one of my favorite actors! Thanks for the support!

  • What a great video, very courageous Alec!!! Thank you.

  • This just proves how FUCKING AWESOME Alec Baldwin is. Not only is he insanely talented, he's decent enough to stand up for the rights of others. Kudos, daddy bear.

  • Alec is the man and has coconut sized balls. This took courage. Thank you Mr. Baldwin!

  • He's a daddy bear.

  • Great vid! Crazy this is still an issue.

  • LOLOLOL "That's not the point." LOLO Thanks for your support Alec!!! :D :D :D :D

  • This was a cool video. This man has balls.

  • @afoonu: yes, and they are very schweddy ;)

  • He's adorable. Sorry boys he still plays for the other (OUR) team, but he's so supportive.

  • This video is freakin' awesome.

  • I want to go to there.

  • YES

  • This guy is so great.

  • It makes me think yet again- Why do people want to get married(?) Why is marriage so wanted¿

I get the equality fight(!) I just don't get the fight for the marriage certificate¡

You will fight to end up the marriage anyway years late...!!

  • @TitanNV28Coral With marriage comes benefits. There's the right to make medical decisions for your spouse, property and inheritance rights, tax benefits, discount or family rates on all types of insurance, immigration and residency benefits, even the right to visit them in jail. It's just not to get the marriage certificate, its wanting to have the same rights heterosexual couples have.

  • @eSilva90 jajaja.... I actually knew all that. The thought behind my comment was that I wish marriage wouldn't be the permission and the 'license' to do all that you have mentioned...

  • @TitanNV28Coral ah ok gotcha

  • Alec for president! Jesse Tyler Ferguson for first... whatever!

Seriously, though, we appreciate your support, Alec.

  • yuz iz awesomes, Alec!!

    love, tino

(a stuffed fan, gay activist, and fellow NY youtuber)

  • "Why does everyone assume I'm straight...?"

  • Well done. Has Stephen seen this yet?

  • @piccini9 That's what I was thinking lmao!

  • @piccini9 His daughter twittered for her friends to wear purple so she's not into the hate thing either. She actually has to be home schooled for the harassment she gets about her dad.

  • Love it. So thankful for your standing up.

  • I love it!

  • You should call your daughter and let her know...wait, maybe that's not such a good idea.

  • Love Alec. Now even more.

  • Excellent! Mr. Alec Baldwin you have just upped my respect for you. Thank you for being brave.

  • BRAVO! Shit. Guess I have to stop disliking Alec Baldwin now. =D

Terrific video! Much appreciation for Jesse...and Alec standing up for what is, so clearly, right. <333

  • This is so hilarious and AWESOME!

  • Kudos and props, Alec. We'll have you on the Travelogues any time you like!

  • Eh. Marriage shouldn't be the domain of the state anyway.

  • @ferriswiel , if not the state, the who? States (whether they be US states, or countries around the world) have always been the ones to license, register, and define marriage's rights and responsibilities. Sometimes religious (or secular) groups get involved in officiating at weddings, but that's the sole extent of their involvement.

  • @ferriswiel yes it should (marriage, domain of the state), because some legal rights are only assured through marriage like health care, social security like retirement pensions, etc. and all of these are maintained by the government

  • I've always said that outlawing same-sex marriage isn't as much of an affront to gay people as it is an affront to single people. Single people should have the freedom to marry a person of the same sex whether they're gay or straight. As a single person, I take as much offense to same-sex marriage bans as I would if I were a gay person.

  • Amazing Alec. Thanks!

  • There is in fact, legal precedence for same-sex marriage - the Brehon Code of Ireland. In that Code there are provisions for 11 types of marriage, two of which are same-sex marriage.

  • And, it is not out of the realm of possibility, IMPO, that this was a provision for both gay people, as well as a provision that made it possible for marriage contracts between tribal affiliations to be completed, even if the parties were straight. The marriage was as much contractual obligation as sacrament, and it had nothing to do with either the genders or the orientations of the partners.

  • I think Fight Back NY should have a fundraising campaign where as a premium, for every $10 contributed you get one raffle ticket. Winner gets to marry Alec Baldwin.

Seriously, people, you'd raise a billion dollars overnight.

  • Awesom! And Yes, it is time to FIGHT back for EQUALITY! Poltics aren't working!

  • this is a hoot - great humor and on point!!!!!!

  • Best Ever.
