  • Good job congrats one week down! Stretching saves your body from the pain. Yes, the pain subsides after the 2nd week...keep pushin' play bro!

  • Well done! You've got another week or so of soreness before it starts to subside. The soreness will go away (for the most part) but as long as you guys keep pushing as hard as you can, which I know you will, it won't actually get 'easier', just less soreness afterwards! Except for Yoga X, that does get easier each and every week.
