  • Now do it without a parachute ;D

  • i can do that.........here hold my beer

  • An Excellent stunt!, but...but(t) it would be the height (& breath) of irony, if the second plane then crashed. (YES, I realize that they still 'ave their chutes on.)

  • Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. Now that's a decent youtube video!

  • This was soooooooooo awesome.

  • complétement fou!

  • That is the coolest thing I have ever seen!

  • Aaah ! You see ! I've always said you don't need a parachute to jump off a plane !

  • did you guys really plan out the thats incredible" thing?.......LOL

  • terminal velocity?

  • @lizardking121 Terminal velocity doesnt exist on a human body. Depends what you offer to the air. Here they are doing c 125 mph.

  • охренеть

  • amazing, how the plane seems to be nailed to the sky....

  • insane gooooooooood work man 5*

  • Ear rape

  • Well it's safe to say its not fake. The plane can fall up to a cetain speed. It doesn't matter by the size of the object

  • @soshowcanihelp wrong. have u heard of gravity? w/o reversing the prop, overspeed and stress the airframe probably rip off the wings.

  • @gonetoworkbbackin5mi Doesn't matter my friend...

  • AWSOME fellas. You blokes got bigger gonads than me !

  • That is amazing, just when you think you have seen everything someone makes you go wow !

  • Yep, that is incredible.

  • Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • *flys up beside you* YO U 4GOT UR PARACHUTE

  • Next time go kiss the proppeller spinner, it shows its not turning at all,,, .

  • AMAZING, now someone should do this without parachute

  • 2 birds dissliked this video :)

  • James Bond 4 Real!

  • Freakin nuts!

  • ^Just Cause 2 in real Mod

  • if this is real, i must say its nice

  • FUCKING AMAZING!!! XD

  • Terminal velocity, 9.8 mps. the plane is deadstick in free fall. same speed as divers. nothing to dangerous unless they smash into it too fast.

  • @Ryzler13 a bit more than 9.8mps, more like 56mps for terminal V. 9.8mps is the acceleration of an object per second under gravity (9.8mpsps or 9.8m/s2)

  • @Ryzler13 or if they miss and hit propellar

  • @Ryzler13 The porter is not in freefall. Its pulling a drogue chute to slow it down.

  • crazy sluts

  • Great!

  • PC6 pilatus porter. Super airplane!!!!!!!

  • OH MY GOD. I want to do this too. Oh fuck if I want !!!!

  • just incredable, great stunt.

Congratulation all tree of u guys, great show....;-)

  • what's the pilot doing at the end? closing the roof window? ;-)

  • DIOS!!! las G's que tiene que aguantar ese avion!!! me gustaria saber como sale del picado ese??

  • Super! Sieht richtig einfach aus ;-)

  • that was soooo awesome

  • this is one stunt i'll surely do before my time comes !

  • that was one hell of a stunt.... incredable

  • humans can fly ^^

  • that's incredible

  • that was pretty cool.

  • LOL

    NO FUCKIN WAY!

    AWESOME!

  • Can you say badass!!!!

  • No , it´s not a fake.

  • Hold it like that until the pt6 goes dry and flames out on you.

  • Next time go kiss the proppeller spinner, it shows like its not turning at all,,, good luck.

  • to są kozaki !!

  • great !!!!!!!

  • wow that's nuts. what is Vne on that plane? i'm sure it was picking up ridiculous airspeed dving like that. awesome stunt

  • It can go into Beta / Reverse, keeping it at a constant speed of around 120 Mph or 105 knots.

  • oh yeah forgot about variable pitch props. awesome deal! thanks for the info

  • Does the beta range hurt the engine at all in flight? I was told you're not supposed to use it in the air.

  • @kinsley2108

All beta range is, is flight idle. The propeller blades are in the flattest position so it creates a lot of drag. The blade does not have any pitch so it's not necessary in a negative reverse angle or a positive forward angle. I'm sure the engine can handle reverse pitch even in a 90 degree decent if needed. Normal multi-engine turbo-prop planes use reverse on landing and they're landing at around 100 knots. Just as fast as a porter decending at 90 degrees ;)

  • its a porter- they reverse if more than 2 people look at them. ;)

  • You guys are ballsy thats for sure! Nice flying.

  • fucking pro

  • After watching the video again I realized it was taken at Skydive Arizona at Eloy Municipal airport. The reason I'm watching skydiving videos is because I went skydiving for the first time today...Guess where....Skydive Arizona. I jumped out of one of those Twin Otters this morning. I knew the paint looked familiar. Seemed like it flew like a champ to me.

  • I'm willing to guess that he was activly tracking the inbound VOR at a zero niner zero. Judging by the look of the pilot he is Mexican. Sudden full control deflection above menuvering speed would be the best case senerio here. Just hope he rips a wing off and the non-Mexicans jump back out of the aircraft and glide safely back the ground.

  • lol douche bag

your cute when you try to sound like you know what your talking about

  • @zood3000 Try learning the proper use of contractions before you call someone a douche bag, asshole.

  • haha thats great!

  • hero.

  • holy crap, they just traded planes in mid-air! i wonder what had happened if he had missed....*news headline* Pilotless plane meets the ground!

  • btw, i know there's a pilot in there....that's a sick stunt, i'd like to do that someday :D

  • THATS-IN-CREDIBLE! haha

  • Holy shit!!! I would love to do that someday. How many jumps did you have before trying that? I only got about 20. What was your altitude?

  • Thats the SICKEST video I've ever seen with a Pilatus!!! Great job, don't try it w/o chute like suggested. This is fine.

  • You guys are great, but I would prefer to have the engine of the second plane shut down, so that there is no danger of getting cut by the propeller blade

  • I bet that it actually was shut off, the propeller is just spinning because of the wind rushing past the blades as the plane falls.

  • It was shut down lol.

  • that's impossible as the plane needs the prop to brake.

  • you guys are the best!!! :D

  • Congratulations!!!!

  • my dick is hard yet smaller just having seen that fkn sick

  • skyjacking!

  • so sick. you guys would be talking about doing it no rig next time huh. maybe for a million bucks

  • full of balls:D

  • the best adrenaline is skydive as in this video without parachute from plane to plane :-)

  • great

  • this is neither a stall nor a feathered prop its a pilatus porter that can use its prop reverser in flight allowing for steep dives and preventing overspeed

  • it has a drogue chute attached to the rear of the aircraft, you can see it in the video if you look behind the aircraft, that keeps it from overspeeding while in a dive, I wouldnt try using Beta(reverse pitch) on a single engine airplane while in flight, sounds incredibly dangerous. The only aircraft I know of that allows Beta in flight is the Dash 8, and even then its against op spec and sounds a nasty warning horn, most aircraft have a beta stop switch so you cant activate in flight.

  • Your 1/2 right. only no chutes on these planes and two, I use beta almost every landing in the at-502 i fly, but it is tricky you lose a lot of rudder.

  • @its4michael How do you figure? You can plainly see the drogue chute attached to the rear of the Pilatus in the video, and the POSTER of the video talks about the drogue chute in his first comment. Do you use beta in the Air Tractor while airborne? By the way, those 502s are beasts!

  • I see it now strangemarley. Ive seen these guys(well other diver pilots) fly before. We use beta on final just before touchdown and full beta as soon as the tail wheel is down. (backtaxi..never! lol) You guys & gals are crazy for sure.

  • actually, correction on that, the C130 hercules uses beta in flight for certain things, like REALLY STEEP descents, and extremely short landings

  • Fuckin AWESOME Bro.

  • an airplane or jet can stall at any speed. Any time the wing reaches it's critical angle of attack and um, something about the movement of air becoming disrupted or all together lost to the point that the wing is not producing enough lift to keep the plane in flight= STALL. So a jet going verticle technically has stalled wings but there is enough thrust to keep the jet flying. =)

  • technically umm a jet going vertical is not stalled because there is no weight displaced on the wings and the wings are producing lift. you described a stall to the pretty good. a stall is when a wing reaches its critical angle of attack or cannot produce enough lift to keep the plane flying. so technically if there is zero weight on the wings it will produce lift if its going fast enough. so say as long as a jet is doing 80 mph vertical its flying and the wing is not stalled

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!! It looks like they're swimming

  • ooooooooh! Beautiful!

  • Patrick de Gayardon did this back in the 90's.

Greg Gasson was not the first as was his claim on stunt junkies!

  • How could an Airplane stall when it is diving!

you can stall an airplane when you fly against gravity not toward it

  • na man its called a high speed stall

  • HIGH SPEED STALLS. The average light plane is not built to withstand the repeated application of load factors common to high speed stalls. The load factor necessary for these maneuvers produces a stress on the wings and tail structure, which does not leave a reasonable margin of safety in most light airplanes.

  • Not true . I own a 182b And have flown many many ga aircraft. all the aircraft ive flown and id be willing to bet that all ga aircraft are designed to have a high speed stall and manuevering speed with full control imputs without damaging the aircraft even if its done repeatedly. my aircraft will stall at 120kts ias at around 1.5 or 1.9 gs thats a high speed stall and it does no damage to it. the reason for this is because they dont want pilots breaking planes at full control imputs.

  • An airfoil stalls at the same angle of attack regardless of airspeed or attitude. Va in the 182b is 128kts if my memory is correct, but to think that full abrupt control inputs at that speed will not damage a 50 year old aircraft is naive at best. Take a look under the dash at what is connecting your yoke to your control surfaces, a bicycle chain and some cables. I hope you practice your rudder trim power landings on the regular.

  • hey you just said what i said about the stall angle in a different way how smart are you. it will not damage the aircraft. believe me. ive been flying since i was six years old i landed my first plane at 13. ive been in many many aircraft stalling in the green line. ive done it many many times. it wont damage them. to think that it would tear them apart is naive my friend. believe me. this i a proven pilot speaking from experience. now i will admit some aircraft have defects. but then you could

  • wow, Im not impressed that your parents were rich and let their child pretend to land airplanes. I have stalled many aircraft in all different configurations and many different airspeeds in demonstration for students, but the fact is that you do not have the strength to perform "full" control deflections at airspeed, and if you did, your 50 yo aircraft yoke connecting controls would not survive, simple fact of life.

  • yeah. id stop comenting right about now. because you obviously dont know what you are talking about and your inexprerience is showing. im not braggin that my parents were rich which they werent. im simply stating that i have had an excellent exposure to aviation and obciously you havent. Read up on manuevering speed why it is stated and what good is it for. seriously investigate it. you say ure an instructor. if you really are. yous should understand this. if you dont i hope ur students dont kil

  • I suggest you to take a remedial reading comprehension course at your local college. This entire argument is about HIGH SPEED STALLS, stalls below Va are not HIGH SPEED STALLS and are not what I'm referring to , you say you stall your aircraft all the time above Va with "full control deflection" and argue that this is perfectly acceptable. It is not. So, once again, I suggest you reread this series of posts before you continue to make yourself look ignorant.

  • does it hurt that a mexican can kick your butt?Ok. well. Im actually a Faa certificated Pilot. So if you think that my knowledge is stupid well helloooo US instructors taught me americas fault not mine. second I wasnt even arguing va being variable to weight NO DUHHH!!!! of course it is . I used green arc. because most ga aircraft have a va in green arc. Sorry i wasnt scientificaly correct to the closest NANO correction. next. i never said that you can pull over va ok sorry if you understand

  • I dont think your knowledge is stupid (that statement doesnt even make sense), I think that you are stupid (which you have proven). So before you go throwing insults around to people you dont know, get your facts straight (then you wont appear as stupid)

  • who care. wait not me.

Go get a pilots liscence go do some mountain flying and some aerobatic lessons go talk to a geezer pilot once youve done all this write back if not i dont care to read nor will i read anything else you will write since all you have written is empty knowledge. have a great day

  • trust me buddy, Ive done plenty of mountain flying, and plenty of IFR flying, and plenty ( although not nearly enough, because that shit is fun) aerobatic flying, and Ive done lots of instructing, and when your instructing you make statements as accurately as possible, and when you incorrectly state something you retract it, and restate it correctly. You are obviously not an instructor, and you have demonstrated that. With that I leave you with these words, malos vemos en el infierno mi amigo.

  • I'm with you.

  • be flying straight and level and have the wings come off. so no aircraft are designe except for few aircraft to stall before the aircraft is overstressed. now im not talking about loading and aircraft and doing all kinds of stuff to put its flying characteristics outa the books. going by the book this is how they are designed

  • Ive had yoke failure in flight and had to land using only trim power and rudder, and thats not in book either.

  • next. I dont know why you are insulting me like that. I havent made any comment about you being and arrogant american nor about how idioticly stupid it would be to teach students the way YOU say you are so i dont know why all the cursing. next I DONT CARE! if you believe me or not. not interested in convincing you. you have proven you lowliness and lack of knowledge or experience. KNOWLEDGE IS NOT UNDERSTANDING. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IS UNDERSTANDING! if you wish to learn please do if not.

  • Hey man, I'm in fucking HIGH SCHOOL and I'm taking flying lessons. Even I know that sudden full control deflection above maneuvering speed will screw up the aircraft in SOME way or another. BTW my parents aren't rich i just have no life other than aviation, so, don't get mad at me. Also don't insult Americans or i'll start on mexicans.

  • yawn. you uys really impress me. first of all. i wasnt insulting american. strangemarley was sending me priuvate messages with incredible insutls ok so i was warning strangemarley not you. second if i accidentally said over va SORRRY I WAS WRONG!!!! I MEANT TO SAY UNDER OR AT VA!! i used the green arc as a generalization since MOST airctaft have va at green arc.nobody is arguing above va. im arguin that it is not true that full control imputs at or under va will dismantle and aricraft in flght.

  • @amediastintas other way around there tough guy, you starting insulting me by PM after I corrected a grossly incorrect comment from you. I just responded in turn, so get your facts straight before you start "warning" me.

  • btw. im not rich either. i am a missionary in mexico i live off of sponsors. not just because i live in mexico and have an aircraft means im rich. please stop labeling poeple when you guys have no information. thx have a great day.

  • Yawn. wait what did you write OH i dont know cause i deleted if before i read it. ok so please stop writing me

  • @strangemarley total bs

  • Your a moron and someone who has never flown a plane, you make the Mix very Rich and pull the Throttle to 1/4 and feather the prop, so shut up till you know what your talking about.

  • *simply

  • simple the best

  • My names Bond, James Bond, mine too, yeah me too! Guys are you planning a new movie or what? Nah jk GREAT!!!!!

  • i bet that plane he jumped into was stalled

  • i would guess the same

  • i think it is.. that was slow...

  • of course! otherwise it wouldn't be possible

  • This is a Pilatus PC-6, it never stalls! :P

  • Questo è uno dei salti più belli ! *****

  • now we're flying with that porter. Can we do the same stuff...???!! ahah FreeSkieS from Italy!

  • tout simplement génial...respect!!excelent

  • SCARY!!

  • Truly amazing!

  • that reminds me of a scene in Goldeneye

  • Thombs up guys!

  • Amazing action...!

    good job..

congratulation to everyone in the team.. Take care of you.. Thumb up..

  • so how's the gear box on the pilauts? or maybe the turbine blades?

  • Niewiarygodne!

  • Only one word: Awesome..

  • wow - that cheese grater up front would be the ultimate punishment for going low on this one. ya mad bastards, I thought I was pretty cool just doing ordinary leaps.

  • that was awesome

  • jesus thats the bond stunt

  • nice keep up the good work :]

  • Where was this filmed? Do you guys do that often?

  • It was filmed over the Sonoran dessert in AZ!

Unfortunately we only did it for the tv show!

    Omar

  • awsome!!!

  • cool!

  • Trop facile Omar, pour toi bien sur....

    Take it easy..

    Séb Billabongexman

  • did they hang that plane by a wire ?

  • No ... like with a tandem parachute system; they used a drogue pilot chute to slow down the plane's rate of descent.

  • aaaaahhh clever pretty cool

  • That is a really cool video. I'm amazed that the Porter can stay vertical for so long without going Vne, How is that done? What is the prop set to?

  • Actually if you look closely you can see the drogue attached to the tail of the porter.

    Thanks for the comment.

    with peace & respect,

    Omar

  • Get the closing rate a bit wrong and it'll be raining hamburger.

  • is this a pilatus pc-6???

  • That's got to be the craziest thing I've ever seen!
