Along with the second verse of take the time and the end of the killing hand, it is the most difficult melody they have written. They skip the second verse of take the time as well, and JLB sings the passage in the killing hand in a lower register nowadays

I miss John using Ibanez. I think if he had stayed with them and maybe updated his signature model (although I think it's still cool!) we might have an amazing Ibanez 7 string with piezo that wasn't black or made of mahogany (what's the S series for if you're going to make RG's out of mahogany?)
