There's nothing called "the underground of hardstyle", hardstyle is an underground genre, it's not played in public, only on very few webradios.

hardstyle, trance, dance, hard trance etc is all undergenres of techno. They aren't techno, just undergenres. This song here is classified in the genre of techno. Tiësto makes trance, but also other genres like Industrial Trance & pop. The mix i mentioned in my previous comment is trance
