  • holy crap that chick is in shape to be able to do that without even trying.

  • Does anyone know ho this woman is? She does it so well.

And Pilates should not hurt! If it hurts, you can do the exercise when you are stronger. And it is indeed difficult, but you need a pilates theacher. Pilates said: IN 10 SESSIONS,YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. IN 20 SESSIONS YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE AND IN 30 SESSIONS, YOU WIL HAVE A WHOLE NEW BODY! One of the best things what came in my life. Everyone should do it, its wonderful.

  • It doesn't look like it hurts that much, but coordinating the back, the arms, the stomach, the legs and the knees all into one fluid motion is too complicated. There is a reason most of us just do stomache crunches: they're simple.

  • Crunches destroy my lower back. Pilates helped to rid me of my back pain after a spinal fracture. Thats why I'd recommend anyone with back pain to do it. You go at your own pace and it doesn't hurt your back the way other practices can.

  • She's been doing Pilates for a while if she can speak in a normal voice while demonstrating the exercise.

  • "It activates 39 percent more of your rectus abdominus muscle (that's your six-pack) and 266 percent more of your external obliques (your love handles)." -- That right there was done by Auburn University, just read about it on MSN so had to check this workout out. Now I just need to do it :)

  • @Googs5 that article brought me here too!

  • just looking at it hurts.
