It is hard to go wrong with F and A minor. The bridge at 1:06 has a great, unexpected progression and the quick little ascending lead part (1:32) was fabulous.

This song has a nebulous flow that makes me think of Pink Floyd's stuff off of "Animals" - one of my favorite albums.

I think the guitars might be slightly off tune with each other and I would suggest using them in a more complementary manner, rather than playing the same chords most of the time.
