What's needed is building using the Kinect. Gestures are a nuisance on SL, and although movement is important, the most important thing on SL is interaction with in-world objects. I have yet to see this demonstrated.

I don't think its possible to create 1:1 unless there is a change from second life. That would be a great feature for
