Dude, no offense or anything, but you might want to try an application that is not already portable. Portable means you can run a program without installing to your operating system, or in a virtual environment. Imgburn is an app I use regularly and can run from a disc or usb already. Maybe you didn't know.

ok you cant make any app portable because some need important drivers and files that you cant use on other pc's etc. a computer with limited users. eg. a guest user.
