This was from ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. It was never intended for SEUSSICAL. If you read the novel that the show is based on, there is a scene where TiMoune meets another girl in a tree on her journey to the city. She incourages her to get down and go live with Mama Euralie and Tonton Julian.
