  • also, you'll have to be more vertical, like a 2k to get enough ground clearance for elbow airflares. the hopping motion is hard to learn, so i think normal airflares would be the way to go before elbow airflares.

  • what's with putting your hand up before you flare? it gets you more momentum to swing from the side down to the flare than from the top down to the flare. just something i'd want to point out, as the part before your flare looks pretty wack. and maybe work a bit more on speeding up transitions from toprock into your powermoves. you slow down too much. and elbow airtracks need you to know how to airtrack. and airtracking needs you to know 90's. so learn 90's. those will help you learn the spin.

    Flare higher for one... u go same direction i do... so when ur hips are up front kick your right leg and swing ur hips to get height.....right hand down then elbow down....pull your left leg up and back at the same time undercut your right leg...that means it swings UP not out...push off your right hand land on your left hand then your elbow....keep the momentum in ur legs then drop to windmill... i got this combo in 3 tries

  • tip on the elbow air track, try to keep ur legs up a little and hop over faster from elbow to elbow. i had the same trouble and now i only have one. but u got balls im not doing it on hard floor yet im practicing them on grass. well good luck man-
