you can upgrade the macbook to up to 4 gb of ram, but i haven't seen anyone actually do it yet....if it doesn't cost to much i may upgrade so that it's "screamin fast!"
good video, it seems like it would be better for you to get a macbook pro instead for a mackbook. With the nvidia graphics card and the LED displays you won't need a separate monitor
I bought this because I really need a small laptop since I am still in high school. This is also my first mac so I wanted to buy one that is a little cheaper, incase I did not like it. When I move to college in two years at Full Sail they will give me a MacBook Pro. If I can save enough money before hand designing website I will buy a MacBook Pro.
I do have a MacBook Pro...one of the earlier models (1.83Ghz, 2GB Ram). I would recommend it to anyone.....I plan to get the latest 15.4in MacBook Pro in October when Leopard is released

Yes that it can only hold 2 GB of ram. When I have Final Cut and LiveType I have like 22 mb of ram left. That the only fault I have so far.

Great video. Macbooks are the best. I also noticed the Touch Pad getting a little shiny after a few weeks. You can't get rid of it.

I paid like $90 for both sticks that were 1GB. If you order them on crucials website it might be a little cheaper.
