The power to the motor runs thru the same cord as the cable line does, the cable line is the power cord.

Mine did the same damn thing too.....motor is either junk or I'm thinking it's not getting enough power to it....does your light dim when you push the button to rotate it....mine does I was thinking it's either got a short or not enough 110v power.....I have a surge protector and like 10 things on the same outlet I thought that might be it too...I'd like to get mine working too cause I wanted to mount a camera to it.

Mine rotated for like 5 seconds and hasn't moved since.  How do I get this thing to rotate?

I just got one FedEx, in order to get power to my antenna on my roof I had to cut the ac adaptor cord in half and splice it with a 75 ft. piece of wire to power it 30 ft. in the air.
